It must surely come to PS4/PC eventually. Don't Square Enix like money?
Not only does PS4 have a larger install base, but we've already seen PS4 handle a Tomb Raider game at 60fps when X1 only ran it at 30. Surely the devs are itching for that extra power.
That's such a load of sh*t!
I know what you mean. I watched the e3 trailer shortly after finishing COD2 on PC, and the difference in the flow of gameplay was striking. Where single player is concerned, it seems like less playing, more watching now.
I never got to properly play BC2, although I remember enjoying BC1 for single player.
Unfortunately the idea of 25-30fps with screen tearing on consoles was a turn-off for me, and I was enjoying MW2 at the time
I can't go past the first RPG I ever played, Secret Of Mana. So many feels
But Chrono Trigger and FFVI are not far behind, in some ways they're better. Also Secret Of Mana 2, which never officially released outside of Japan
It really does look like they're cropping the original 4:3 frame to achieve 16:9. Disgusting
"Ghosts actually runs 1080 P on Wii U in single player"
Incorrect. It runs at 880x720

The other problem is that the COD games that are on Wii U are not generally considered to be good COD games. COD4 U edition would be cool
I remember playing COD:MW Reflex Edition on Wii several years after playing it on PS3. I actually liked it. But wouldn't quite say it's better per se
A Wii U version could actually make good use of the touch screen. Okami U needs to become a thing.
Maybe even include a HD version of Okamiden on the same disc.
1080p, smooth framerate, rice paper filter, and options for standard/touch/motion control = take my money
I was thinking the same thing. But the publisher is Square Enix, who is hardly known for making logical business decisions.
It's no surprise that the quality of RE dropped after RE4, since Shinji Mikami (the main man behind RE) left Capcom after RE4. If you want to see where Resi Evil should've headed, look to The Evil Within, since that's what Mikami is working on right now.
Resi Evil now is kind of like COD without the original Infinity Ward, or Command & Conquer without Westwood, Donkey Kong without Rare, the Mana franchise without Koichi Ishii etc etc
Game franchises a...
Never before have I agreed so much with a comment here! SoM was my first JRPG!
Unfortunately the main man behind Secret of Mana, Koichi Ishii is no longer with Square (he's at Grezzo, who did Ocarina of Time for 3DS).
Meanwhile, have you seen Rise Of Mana? It's a new 3D Mana game that doesn't look like total garbage, but of course it's only on iOS and only in Japan. FML

How is this so hard to understand?
Call Of Duty was an Infinity Ward creation. The people behind Infinity Ward who helped build this once great franchise were driven away due to the greedy actions of Activision, hence Respawn was formed.
COD1 was brilliant, COD2 also brilliant, and there was a nice 2 year gap between those games. Then Activision decided it should be an annual release. You could tell that IW were upset about Treyarch getting to make COD games that were...
How was AC4 on Wii U? I'm sure I read somewhere that it sat somewhere between last gen and current gen in terms of graphics...
I've never bought DLC, even for my favourite games. Maybe I'm just old fashioned.
Awesome, now we can play a Mario Kart game on Wii U with a proper battle mode!
Donkey Kong Racing
Resident Evil 3.5
Chrono Resurrection
Star Wars Attack Squadrons
Star Wars Battlefront 3 (by Free Radical)
Beyond Good & Evil 2
Wouldn't mind seeing a Wii U version of Okami - seems like a match made in heaven. Just throwing it out there.
"Respawn and Activision"...?
