Did you get to see someone actually playing QB or play it yourself? I'd be really curious to your thoughts on actually seeing both of those games. If you have time shoot me a quick reply or PM me with anything you can share.
If you dont have time, that's cool too. :)
Could also be simply that they have to (don't own X1 or want to play it on PC), or that they just want to play it on their preferred console (if they prefer PS4). I dont think anyone is waiting JUST because of the possibility of extra stuff/improvements/DLC. The Fallout 4 release day is a reason to wait if you're torn though and prefer Fallout.
It doesnt come out on PC until early 2016. So you dont have to worry about it launching the same day as Fallout 4, assuming you are buying TR on PC.
why concern yourself with a very minority opinion? The vast majority of people dont consider BC a "killer" feature, just a nice bonus and one more cool feature. Thats the problem with this site, and others like it. Too much "People say.." when in reality, it's just fraction of a percent of the userbase.
If you use this logic, then the gaming community is full of idiots.
This is Quantum Break, and you're worried about a lack of "platforming". really? If you want platforming, go play a platformer. Remedy makes story-driven action games.
Not sure what you're getting at. The graphics will look better than Halo 4, and they are updating/upgrading the gameplay. Not every game has to be a massive leap, but i think you'll be surprised when it launches. Just a hunch.
Its a gameplay demo. Where they are almost always in "god mode".
Never mind all of the other devs that have said the difference is negligible. Lets all cling to the one that says "much more powerful".
Seems like you didn't read the whole article. Very little of the article (first paragraph) really referenced anything about the timed exclusivity.
Why turn this article into something it isn't? This is a hands-on impression of the game itself, not a commentary on the exclusive nature of the game.
Not a bad hands-on impression. If it is like the original with additions (sounds like it is), then it will be a very good game indeed.
Watch the gamescom gameplay video. This article doesnt give any more info than simply watching it for yourself. IGN's article does a much better job of telling us things we couldnt know from watching it.
I'm pretty excited for all of the games coming the next year and few months. Besides the list in the article, there are a TON of *hopefully* great 3rd party games too: Division, R6:Siege, AC, SW Battlefront, NFS, and a ton more that i'm too lazy to type.
Now i just need to figure out which organ i can live without. I'll need to sell it to pay for all of them,
No it won't. 1+ year out until release. Who honestly is going to remember this one comment from Kudo Tsunoda?
Kudo Tsunoda is extremely well known in the gaming world. Hes had his hands in a ton of MS/xbox related stuff over the years.
You don't have to agree with him, but to write him off because you personally haven't heard of him is pretty foolish.
There is a setting on your xbox one that i believe has to be enabled to allow streaming.
Whatever the game is, i'll be picking it up. Both Metro games were extremely well done.
The guy is a straight up a-hole, always has been. He may be a great dev, but he has to be one of the hardest people to work with from a publishing standpoint (MS/Sony/Nintendo).
Sounds like he may be pissed off that they want to present/demo the game at Gamescom, and he doesnt want to be part of that. Hate to tell him, but a lot of fans can't be there, and will therefore watch the conference.
They aren't leaving out a whole fanbase. PS4 owners will get it ~1 year later, PC will get it a few months later.
It blows me away that people care THIS MUCH about a single player game, especially with so much coming out in the next 12 months.
I find it funny that PS4 owners are upset by this, but dont seem to mind that they are getting No Mans Sky before everyone else. It's easy to pick and choose which things we ignore and which upset us. I guess it...
We really need an article/how-to about how to plug in a USB 3.0 hard drive?
Interesting... Could just be a typo/placeholder sort of thing, but if it's written correctly, that would indicate it has local co-op.
