you need a mouse and keyboard to play this game efficiently.
playing this with a control pad would be like playing a racing sim on a keyboard.
pc version should look great ;-)

graphics thread and console just dont go together, it maybe be great on the hardware it runs.. but by no means can it be considered a graphics show piece.
its funny most console gamers wish pcgaming were dead...
this is mostly their mentality due to their fanboisim, they just want to see their respective console be the best at a certain game, however that just doesnt happen because even a mid range pc runs circles around consoles(unless a developer seriously botches the pc version)
a msg to the ignorant, if pc gaming were to die.. all progress as we know it would come to a halt. there is no way the console industrt...

i completely agree UC2 looks way better then anything on the 360.. lets not even count the wii.
my brother recently got a 360 (god knows why.. hes mostly a ps3 gamer). both of us agreed the 360 was a waste of money. with gaylo being over hyped, we played the gears of war on the pc and still didnt like it(even though the pc version is better then the 360 version in everyway).
however lets not deny facts, we are at limits as long as graphics...
unfortunately..
due to focus now being on consoles.. we wont see games looking this good until the next gen of consoles are out.
till then we are stuck with Unreal engine 3 for the most part.
developers just wont invest so much to make such a good looking game for the pc alone. they would rather make something that works on all 3 platforms (pc, ps3, 360).

you obviously have no clue about pc gaming.
while i agree ps3 has some good exclusives.
multiplats are just better on the pc, while gaming on a pc can be much cheaper and superior to a console.
the extra price you pay per game on a console more then makes a console much more expensive then a pc.
my older rig has a 8800gtx in it, i made it when then ps3 launched @ 600usd... the rig cost me 800usd at that...
give it an uptodate gpu..
rsx is soo ancient now.
something like a 280gtx.. or maybe something from the ati 5000series.
so we can start seeing progress in games again.. ppl with the previous ps3 will get the game lower ressed just the way they get it now.
then i would hope microsoft comes out with a new xbox which would have a more powerful gpu as well..
so ppl with the newer systems get better graphics while older sys...
pc still gets its share of exclusives.
look at the xbox which is known to be a software seller, how many exclusives did it get in 2009?

why is it so hard to belive microsoft will not be able to justify 100usd for live.
49usd was the standard price of a game last gen.. microsoft justified 59usd.
it was previously unthinkable to pay to go online.. microsoft justified it.
dlcs used to come as patches for free.. microsoft justified paying for those patches. now its come to the point where a game gets released content is chopped off and users are told to pay for it as dlc.

nope it doesnt have the exclusives of the ps3.. though it does have almost everything a 360 would get and does it better.

however why pay more for every other game on the ps3?.. multiplats just run better on the pc, also the same pc can be hooked up to a hdmi tv. paying 10-25usd more per game on the ps3 turns out to be pretty expensive by the end of the year.
imagine buying 20 games a year for 3 years.. 15usd extra per gam...

if nintendo manage to put out a new console mid gen.
it should be rather easy achiving 1080p @60fps game play with all the latest titles.
with the kind of gpus out now. even the using the term obselete for the gpu on ps3 or 360 is an understatement.
