it has ssds which cost more.. 1500usd with the ssds. but thats like comparing cutting edge tech to obselete console tech. though if you look at my rig without the SSDS, in the long term even it can be cheaper then consoles.. this is simply due to high prices on games on consoles.

starcraft 2 might be the game to replace warcraf3 as my online rts game.

well sure it cant completely be compared to an mmo.
but having played an mmo will give you an idea how the fight should go.. specially when fighing a boss such as that dragon the mountain top.
and sure morgans CC spells really come in handy. Mindblast, the cone of cold spell.. these are needed to control the big packs.
i had my healer learn paralysis for when mobs would go after her.
but usually my tank (which was my main toon) held ...
depends what difficulty you play it on.
also your group composition.
Normal difficulty is quite doable.. as long as you have the IQ to create a proper group and configure the NPC AI properly. A little bit of MMO knowledge here can go a long way.
make sure the warrior has all the aggro(must be geared and specced for tanking)
configure the healer properly
and to make things easier make sure all the dps is ranged.

this game was ment to be played with a mouse and keyboard..
just needs too much strategy.
the console version is really dumped down has far less enemies, because you possibly cant be as efficient with a controller vs a mouse / kb setup.
pc versions a different game alltogether.
ps3's still far ahead of the 360..
now if you are looking for a machine that does everything.. then pc is the ultimate machine ;-)
