The recording feature sounds cool. Don't think I'll use it though unless it has some function that allows you to share footage with a community similar to MiiVerse. I wouldn't really have any use for it if all it does is upload the footage to youtube. Still if other folks find use for it then good for them. Can't wait for Feb 20th. though. All this news makes the wait even more excruciating.
Well when you release nothing but a bunch of half assed ports of games that are already available on other systems with some extra functionality attached, don't be too surprised when your game doesn't sell on it. To think EA came up on stage at E3 to talk about their amazing partnership with Nintendo and the Wii U and that's all they have to offer.

Well, yeah there's that and the fact that the 3DS now has a pretty decent lineup of games as well. Now that you mention it though, maybe the same is likely to happen here.
Think about it, lets say Sony prices the PS4 to compete with the Wii U, and Nintendo pulls a 3DS and cuts the price, that in combination with the fact that Nintendo will likely release a new Mario Kart and 3D Mario game at the end of the year along with whatever they announce...
I'm excited for the PS4 as well but I won't count the Wii U out just yet. We made that mistake with the 3DS when the Vita was announced, and look how that turned out. The market is becoming harder and harder to predict these days so I wouldn't make that call just yet.
Still can't freaking wait for the PS4 though. Hope they show off some launch titles. Doubt we'll get a price though. Possibly at E3.
Seems quite likely, but as usual we'll have to wait and see.
February is turning out better than I expected. I get to play a new Fire Emblem for the first time in years, the sequel to probably my favorite platformer of this generation, Rayman Origins is being released, a new Sly Cooper game is finally coming out, my birthday is on the 10th, and to top it all off I may just get my first glimpse of the PS4. I can't wait!

Can't wait man, between what Nintendo has planned for the Wii U(we don't even know what retro is working on as yet) and what Sony has in store for us with it's new console, not to mention games like The Last of Us, Beyond, GTA V, Bioshock etc. and I believe 2013 will be an amazing year for gamers.

I wish it could be this way. I'm a gamer who plays on everything. I own a PS3, a Wii, a 3DS, a PSP, a PC. I still even have my old school systems like a PS2, PS1, N64, SNES, a Dreamcast(yes I own a dreamcast), even a Sega Genesis and a NES. I'm hoping to add a Wii U and a Vita to that by the end of the year.
Unfortunately the only system I don't own is an Xbox or an Xbox 360 but that's okay because I have a friend who is willing to loan me his whenever ther...
Wii U had a good week last week, but EA and Pachter wanted to be sure that it didn't last too long. LOL
Anyhow I know I'll be purchasing a Wii U not too long down the road, a Vita as well, will get a PS4 too(how soon that'll be depends on the launch lineup).
Just enjoy what you play folks. As a gamer, that's all that matters at the end of the day.
I'm thinking, in terms of a possible price cut at least, that it'll be dependent on how Sony and Microsoft price their new consoles, which we probably won't hear about until E3.
Cool, I've really loved all of the Warioware games I've played. Admittedly, the only one I haven't played is Warioware Touched for the DS. Can anyone tell me if it's any good?

Ah, whatever. The lineup looks good to me so far and I've already stated I'm definitely getting one in the future, most likely with a PS4 as well. I'll enjoy my games while people can continue to fight online about whether this or that is "Next-gen".

I know right, the cutscenes are beautiful and the English voice acting is better than I thought it would be. Also I love the 3D effect on the chapter 1 map. The embers from the flames would look like they we're coming off the screen, I think one time a black particle passed by and I swiped at my 3DS screen thinking it was a bug. Overall I can't freaking wait for it, and I'll make sure to show my support for it and buy it day one.

I totally agree with you there. I feel I got a lot out of every console this gen. Despite not owning an Xbox 360, I have a friend who loans me his whenever there's something on it that I want to play. So even though I don't even own a 360, I still feel like I had great experiences with it. All the bickering about which one is better will never end though, once fanboys continue to be fanboys.
