Also, I know many did not like the Mako on planet missions, but I LOVED IT!
Planet exploration added a sense of wonder to each new planet found as you never knew what would be over the next ridge. It added a true sense of exploring the galaxy :)
I agree with you 100%.
Planet scanning was a bore and the story just fell flat. The first game kept building on it's story to a great ending. Mass Effect 2 just got boring with all the recruitment side stories and mind numbing planet scanning.
With that said, I quit playing before going through the Omega 4 relay - so it likely gets better from all reports. I will play completely through before ME3 arrives and I may change my mind.
Just WOW...
Well said
Have a bubble :)
For those who value quality - these are a great idea.
PS2 games look like ass on a large screen TV. I also don't go into a tizzy if I have to pay $39.99 USD for a remake.
I guess remakes are not for cheap a**holes!
I respect your opinion, but E3 is for the hardcore unless something changed when I wasn't looking?
I have no problem with variety...but taking time at E3 to show this to a hardcore crowd???
Maybe Microsoft will offer a Big Bird skin for Gears of War with a preorder!
?#!@* <-- As Q*bert would say :)
For the love of all that is good and pure - please get this Damn Store up ASAP. I have rage building over the ridiculous time the store has been down. Deep breath calm down ...
BTW...the store has been down much longer than a month (since Easter?)
I know!!!
HD 2D platformers would look so beautiful on today's TVs.
I so want an HD 1080P Donkey Kong Country :)
Can't wait for this game - 2d platformers are a lost art these days :(
Reminds me of the first Rayman which I bought day 1 at the launch of the PS1.
That's make good sense. May 31st is likely the return date.
Bubble for being logical :)
I have been very patient with Sony over this whole ordeal, BUT this is a bit embarrassing at the length of time the store has been down.
E3 is in 1 1/2 weeks - get the store up!!!
Sony's insurance will cover most of this - not them.
Pointless article.
Maybe this is true - but who cares.
Sony has a TON of "Prosperous Exclusives". Enough to keep me busy and happy even if I never bought a multi-plat title.
I agree that it seems 360 only owners are easily pleased ... but I think they should be more demanding. They have been loyal customers and should expect a little more from Microsoft.
I own both consoles and the 360 has been a little lonely this year.
Anyway, a new Alan Wake would be great - although that will not see the light of day until later 2012 I would guess.
I fear mostly Kinect games though which is a pity for the hardcore.
Oh Hell Yeah!!!!
I agree 100% with you. Simplicity is king and Apple (in my opinion) has the best interface for simplicity.
I will buy an iPhone 5,6,7,8 ...
I make a good living and $200 for a new phone is nothing.
It may have been the fastest selling ... but is it still selling?
Stores around me still have shelves full of them.
Just curious.
Get over it people. Jack is looking at the market as a whole.
The DS is primarily for kids. Yes, adults play it too - my wife plays hers all the time, but the fact is the DS is like 80% youth and 20% adults. Just go look at the entirety of the DS game library for proof of this. For every adult game, 10 other "kids" games sit next to it.
Breath deep people. It's OK to play a DS if your an adult and it's OK to play a PSP if your a kid.
E3 in general was pretty low key this year. I expected Sony to take a more serious tone for obvious reasons, but the content they showed was great - even if we knew about most of it in advance.
Nintendo was predictable and a little confusing, but still a good show.
Microsoft on the other hand might as well have taken all of us core gamers on stage and dumped on our face. Their show stunk that bad! However, the Gears of Wars 3 Console was cool and I have alrea...
