I really want a Team Ico announcement, but I'd almost prefer it if they didn't release any info about it until like a month before its release. It's killing me right now just wondering what they're working on. I can't even imagine what I'd do if they show an awesome teaser and slate it for next year. I'd probably end up freezing myself like Cartman.
I consider myself a fairly patient person, but after riding the elevators in that game I gave up. I'm all for realism, but you're seriously gonna make me wait for like 2 minutes at each elevator as I go up or down it. I forgot to do something once and ended up riding the elevator for like 5 minutes. Seriously, wtf. I had to quit at that point. There is no other game I have played where I felt like I was wasting so much time watching my character do nothing.

@1.0 - How can you blame Capcom for the 360's D-pad? You can use the analog stick if you really want to although I admit its a bit more difficult. I got the PSN version (don't own a 360), and the game is actually really fun, and totally worth the $10.

Does anyone else notice the author tap dancing around the point? I mean he talks about memory for like 2 paragraphs, and I don't really see the connection. I guess there is a small relationship, but its a bit obscure.

This can't be real. He's just playing Warhawk, which you can download form the PS Store, and then quiting to the XMB where he scrolls through a bunch of downloadable titles that you can also buy on the PS Store. Am I supposed to believe that he's hacking because he has a motorstorm disc in? I can do the same exact thing as he did, and it's not difficult at all. In fact, its not hacking at all since the PS3 allows you to do everything he just showed.

Sonic should have only ever been a side scroller. Every 3D Sonic has been a miserable failure. If they would just make the PSN/XBLA games that we want they could cut production costs and make a pretty large profit. I really don't see any reason that they keep making these stupid 3D games. I don't know about all the game bloogers/writers, but I've only seen part of the first level. As far as I know, that's all anyone has seen. It's a little early for people to be passing judgment like that. Just because the first level is "generic" doesn't mean the rest of the game will be.

What I want is RSS video. Getting the totally rad show and Diggnation on my PS3 in high def would kick ass. I know I could stream it now, but there is a lot of hassle involved in that.
None of the items on the list are important to me. We don't even need half of them, like charging controllers in standby. You can just use your PC or buy a charging dock. I would prefer they didn't mess with the power output via a firmware update (if that is even possible).

Yeah, I hate insanely hard trophies. It takes the fun out of collecting them when you have to put like 20 hours into it. Uncharted's trophies were perfect in my opinion (maybe slightly on the easy side). Eden is ridiculous. I'll never get all of those, and it isn't really worth it when they're all bronze.
I think BC's trophies are gonna be hard to get though. After playing a few of the challenge rooms I get the feeling that the dev's hate us, and want us to suffer.

There won't be any colossus in Team Ico's next game. At least, I highly doubt there will be. Ueda likes to do new concepts. The games may be loosely tied together (like ICO and SOTC were), but I highly doubt there will be any colossi at all. If you think about it, it wouldn't even make sense in the game world that the team created (if you beat the game you'd know why...if you remember).
I'd really like to see them remake SotC with more environments, more colossi, and better grap...
£25 is approximately $50 US, so really you're only paying what everyone else is paying by not purchasing it from Microsoft directly.
Most people aren't really arguing about the price, they're saying it should be offered for free. If you think about it, it's a little ridiculous to have to pay for a service that has always been free (after paying your internet service provider), until the xbox came along.

If they are indeed adding an HDD to the Wii, I would expect them to design it as a new base for the system. That way you can put the Wii on something solid, rather than that stupid piece of plastic. It also wouldn't stand out too much, and wouldn't have to look like it was a seperate device.
I assume it will be attached via USB, so this could also lower the chances of someone yanking one piece of hardware causing the other to topple.

I was thinking the same exact thing. I don't know if you saw it, but they showed an early build of prototype on G4 once. The person playing it must have been seizing, because they sucked. It looked like they had never touched the game before, and happened to be a particularly slow learner as well.
I hate when that happens because its hard to tell if its the game or just the moron playing it.
