I did not think the first one matched the standards of its hype (mostly because of the second half and the fact that I hate the health/eve hording...at least let one of them recharge goddammit...), but the second one fell completely flat.

That is what nycredude was saying. MS may have good sales but I haven't seen them use it to build or buy 1st party studios. If they used the income they received from all the 360 users and actually paid it back, then you could argue the sales #s are good for you.
Sales mean nothing unless they are so low that a console risks going the way of the Dreamcast.
I kind of feel like it doesn't matter. You still get to play the demo before the game comes out (or at least before you buy it) so who cares? If its that big a deal then you have the option to pay.
Although I don't tend to DL demos because I have the worlds shittiest internet...so I guess it matters less to me anyway.
I think it would be better if MS created their own studios rather than steal the ones that have been successful on the Playstation.

What are you people talking about? If Heavy Rain was a book or movie it would definitely be worth reading or watching. It has some pacing issues and would need to be ironed out a little, but I don't understand how its a terrible story. I find it interesting how you all say that, but don't mention one reason why you think that. What ending did you even see?
It has a genuinely surprising ending, great action sequences, and a ton of mystery. How is it a bad story?

I have never watched the cartoon or had any involvement with Pokemon when I was younger, but the game is actually pretty fun. The formula of collection, leveling, and fighting is pretty compelling.
I mean it's basically just virtual cock fighting, but its still fun. The only thing that bothered me was the design of some of the creatures and the limited amount of them. Who wants to fight with a creepy looking clown?

I wish this was more like "The Walking Dead". They could have attack defend game modes where zombies are used as distractions and ways to overwhelm opponents. For example, one team could try to hold a building while another tries to kill everyone inside it to take it as their own. Letting zombies in would be a good way to clean house, but they aren't friendly to either team. That would be awesome.
This just seems stupid. Who would play this mode for more than 5 ...

You have to admit it isn't for everyone. I played the demo and was immediately turned off by it. It is exceedingly complex and I knew the story was going to be idiotic.
