WALTERNATE?!?!?
I really don't think that "expected" is a rational defense. I definitely don't expect games to have as many bugs as Fallout and Oblivion did (granted this is a different dev).
Really they just need to do more play testing, which they obviously don't want to do because they want to release their games asap. Or maybe they just need to upgrade the game engine, I don't know.
*GASP*

That just got me thinking...how awesome would it be if GT even had an outrun style mode?
That could be the best easter egg ever.
It is both first and third person. I usually like third person better in most games, but in Fallout's case first person is the best choice.
The character animations in Fallout are pretty fugly, so I got tired of it fairly quick. Also, you tend to explore pretty cramped environments.
It also switches to third person when VATS has been activated (VATS is essentially a mode where you freeze time and select the targets you wish to hit with whatever weapon you...
Did anyone else know that the Tunguska Event (from the R2 history trailer) was real?

First of all its awesome that they used real history for the story. And secondly it blows my mind that a meteor exploded within our atmosphere without making impact.
The "/s" in his comment means "end sarcasm".
It was a sarcastic remark. I don't know anyone that would call someone a communist as a serious insult (but I would find it equally as hilarious either way).
Unless you were being sarcastic too...in which case I'm stuck in a an infinite loop of sarcasm.
People should be upset because MS isn't using this money to make games.
They spend all this money on a device that in the end they will barely support themselves. They have almost no first party studios, which means they are basically paying other developers to make games for them.
They should establish a few studios, and get moving on developing killer games for the Xbox. Otherwise they'll just have games that all end up like Mass Effect 2.
...
I would definitely disagree that Half Life's HEV is not iconic.
Obtaining it was a cool moment, and the vocal warnings were awesome.
"Warning...User death imminent."
How could you not remember ICO? If you played it to completion you'd remember it.
Team ICO has made 2 games, both of which are considered by most to be among the greatest of all time. That is why there is hype - they have a 100% ratio of awesome games.
Their games connect on an emotional level.
We get it. You're super excited about sales.
My favorite games of all times didn't have stellar sales, but I guess it's cool if you feel comforted by the fact that you are doing what everyone else is.
Congratulations for winning a popularity contest?
It's unfortunate that the Gamestop exclusive content ad is so terrible.
I almost didn't play Batman: Arkham Asylum because Gamestop made it look so bad.
-_-
What? What does satanic looking and illumanti influence have to do with each other?
Also, the Matrix took a lot influence from Catholicism as well (ie: Neo is Jesus).
Yeah I actually platinum-ed that game, and it really wasn't worth the second play through.
To be fair though, I think that trophy/achievement was part of the humor (a lot of which fell a little flat).
Ah okay, I must have confused 2 different scenarios.
Both were pretty funny though.
I didn't notice any of that. I think I had an enemy get stuck in a wall once. There is no way that Infamous is worse than any Bethesda game.
There are numerous glitches in their games and the end of Oblivion was a slide show when I played it. Still really liked them though.
I think he had people cater a party that was entirely made up of mannequins.
Hilarious (but probably the most creepy thing ever for the person who got tricked into doing it).
Wasn't there a sequence in R2 that was very similar to this? You get swarmed in a tunnel of some sort and I could have sworn it was a train station.
The R3 trailer reminded me of that sequence. Resistance 3: Spirit Tracks, perhaps? /joke
Can't wait to see what they do with the IP. Hopefully they'll improve on the story elements now that Hale isn't the main character.
I think he was trying to flame GT5 with that comment actually, even though it could be easily argued GT5 has way more than 100 hours...
