I think that Bayonetta was more an issue of fluctuating standards and not it being a non-exclusive game (in most cases). Most reviewers (if I remember correctly) enjoyed the game, but they'd admit it wasn't perfect.
I don't really pay attention to Famitsu, but I believe they have been traditionally harsh on most games. When games get 10's and they aren't perfect, it raises suspicions, but I don't think Kotaku has the right to say anything, having not reviewed the game themselves...

I dropped my PS3 upside down from about 2.5 feet (it fell out of my unfortunately un-zippered suitcase) and it still works fine. That was like 2 years ago, and I am not a casual gamer.
They seem to be pretty solid machines, but I'm sure some of them do die. If you think about it there are environmental and user factors that can effect each PS3 too (enough space for cooling, people smoking, dust, etc.). Plus the store you buy it from may have used it has a hockey puck.

I honestly don't see an implementation for the 360 controller + Natal. I assume most people sit while they play, which means you only have your feet and one arm to use. What would you do? Throw a grenade? Why not use a button instead?
They could use head tracking and stuff like that, but I haven't seen anything that shows Natal to be that accurate. If you consider all of the different variables involve...
Uncharted 2 and Little Big Planet have Co-Op.
I can't argue that I'd like to see more though. I always enjoy co-op. That being said, I don't think any of the PS3 exclusives so far this year (Heavy Rain, GOW) should have added this feature. It has to make sense for the game.
