I may have missed it in the article but dosn't Sony's financial services such as Banking and insurance make the majority of their profits?

Yea good game, Goldeneye was better overall i recon. PD required the RAM expansion pack that was used for better textures etc...if memory serves.

I would have to add Banjo Kazooie, Forsaken, Jet Force Gemini and Blast Corps but there are too many good N64 games to have just a top 10. Brilliant console and for me the home of the best game ever, Ocarina of Time.
If you truly believe there are only 3 games worth playing on PS4 I suggest you re-think how you spend your spare time because you certainly aren't a gamer...try knitting or something.

I like the remasters, their like catch-up editions. How many Xbox gamers who bought a PS4 this time around, would have played the Uncharted series had it not been remastered? - my guess, not many.

Every gamer knows PCs push higher raw numbers, no console owner i know has an issue with that...why would we? Unfortunately some PC gamers fail to acknowledge that consoles can punch above their weight graphically due to the closed Hardware spec.

I don't believe Sony are the one's pushing for 4k gaming anyway, i think the extra power of Neo is needed to keep those high frame rates required by PSVR. MS on the other hand are pushing 4K because Scorpio is essentially their next gen console. Like everyone else on here i'm just speculating of course.

My opinion only: MS were forced to progress with what is essentially, their next gen of console due to XB1 failures. They misjudged gamers and designed a product that wasn't as capable (in gaming terms) as their biggest rival.

I never said sole reason, see above. I also wouldn't label the "average" console buyer, i know the master race like to think console gamers don't know tech but their wrong. I work in IT like many of my mates do - we all own consoles. Sony didnt have to play the "most powerful console" card because so many factors went in their favour and everybody knew it anyway, by the time MS changed their mind on DRM etc momentum has taken PS4 beyond reach (and deservedly so imo...

Totally agree, there were many reasons to get a PS4. I just didn't think id have to mention them all just so i don't get labelled a fanboy!?
More powerful, Slightly cheaper, No DRM, No always online, Good launch games, Momentum, Mark Cerney's E3 presentation :) The list goes on but, personally i hoped we were past all of this.

Yes I believe the main reason it did sell better was performance as most xbox people i spoke to who decided to get a PS4 said their main reason to switch was difference in power, no need to make a big deal of it Princess!
There was one main reason PS4 sold more than XB1 and that was performance figures (a couple of poor MS corporate decisions early on didn't help either), so if the rumoured Hardware specs are true Sony should strap a closed loop liquid cooler to Neo like Fury X has and clock the sh1t out of it :)
So because London is in favour of something that is absolutely the right thing to do? See, this is why people don't like Londoners.
