You sir won the internet post of the day. Not only were you able to create a paragragh devoid of facts, you somehow managed to wonderfully weave your anti-American political tropes so eloquently into it as well. Despite the sub-human, almost Cro-Magnon intelligence exhibited here, there simply isn't a rebuttal that can adequately convey this point enough.

Congrats amigo! Have a Miller Lite. Somewhere in this vast cyber ocean, there's a song and a Billy Madison clip j...

Agree about the Morpheus bit but all companies show teasers and hype trailers years before they release. Halo 5 was announced back in 2013 and last year we got Crackdown and Scalebound. Can't forget about Quantum Break either (revealed in May 2013). Let's hope they all make their scheduled 2016 dates. With the WiiU struggling even Nintendo has been susceptible to this practice of late. Zelda U was first announced in January 2013 and now it might not release on the console at all!

How many units did BC help sell with the original PS3? Did it keep the x360 from finishing 3rd last gen? Is it helping Nintendo and the WiiU this time around? In console gaming, BC is the proverbial chasing the dragon. It's an empty bulletpoint on a faq sheet, designed to illicit admiration and placate an existing install base rather than entice and expand to new audiences.

Remasters sell well because people just enjoy a shiny fresh coat of paint on older games in the ab...

remember those glyphs. Definitely the best aspect to the chalice dungeons, they make sure we don't waste our time. I love loading up a dungeon with a bloodrock on layer 1 pre-boss optional area.

You're doing a disservice to yourself if you don't at least try them. Chalice Dungeons contain the game's true endboss. That's why there's a bunch of unique mobs and bosses in them. That's where all the best runes and blood gems are located too. Not to mention extra bloodrocks. Chalice glyphs prevent players from wasting huge amounts of time by randomly looking for these aforementioned treasures and can be soled on or offline.

I didn't think I wo...

Honestly, I'm a little confused by the article in general. Do they even own the Lords of the Fallen IP or did former publisher CI Games retain it? I know Deck13 announced LotF sold a million copies last year and revealed a sequel in December. But then they were mysteriously sued for breach of contract by CI. Did the lawsuit get resolved? Can anyone shed some light on this?

And isn't Deck13 just a developer and not a publisher? I'm assuming they meant MS signed on ...

MLB the Show doesn't count? Guess you'd rather play RBI Baseball then?

And what, 3rd party software doesn't count? Ironic you bring up the "drought" card since MS has been validating the annual business model of releasing 3-4 retail exclusives and relying on multi-plats for better part of the last decade. Sony already accomplished that in the 1st quarter. The Order 1886 may not have turned out like they hoped but you got to give them credit for trying. ...

Dice, let's hope you're making serious progress. Because if it's worse than the Star Wars mod for COD4, I feel there will be a great disturbance in the Force come Holiday 2015; as if millions of gamers suddenly will cry out in terror and then be silenced....

No of course it doesn't matter Bak, that's my point. All the console manufacturers should be adopting mappable button schemes, no reason not to. Do you honestly believe developers shoehorning how they prefer to play the game is best to me & you? Why should WE be the ones who have to adapt to different control schemes when they exist because of us and our support? There was a dozen or so games last gen and a couple now that let you map buttons so let's not act like this is a re...

Thank god because I was about to blast Sony for including an Atari 2600 title as one of the month's PS4 freebies. It's ok as a title for portables but not for the big screen.

"Most of my games are already set up the way I want them."

What? Maybe, that is if 99% of your gaming consists of only playing shooters on Xbox.

"Maybe I'm just not excited as most because Ive been remapping buttons for yrs in game settings and don't mind(only takes a few secs or minutes)."

How laughably ironic this point is considering you're a PC gamer yet understate the importance of this feature. This shoul...

You call it a legitimate question. I call it plain stupidity. A 30 second search on Google provided an answer to his question before posting it. Sony HAS been attacked by Lizard Squad, several times. In fact ever since Sony went after Geohotz, they've been the target of many groups including Anon and GOP.

Legit questions: Why MS and not Valve, Sony, EA, or Nintendo? Why are they singling out MS?

Fantard question: Why MS and not Sony?

I would if I'm in your shoes. If the formula stays true, then raid helmets can only be earned by playing the raids on hard. Exotic helmets help you achieve max levels without attempting it at a lower level. I would patiently stick 'em in the vault along with 2 exotic shards and upgrade them whenever possible from Xur.

ABsolutely stunning album. From the retro vibe of "It's what we do" to the haunting "Talkin Hawkin" it's crazy to think this was largely outtake material from the Division Bell. I hope more fans recognize the colossal contributions of Richard Wright and Nick Mason after listening to it. Just sublime.

And you just said something equally as stupid as him. Show me a list of where mega publishers have over $50 million budgets on AAA PC exclusives in the last decade. Shame that a title had to be kickstarted to even reach that lofty sum. Steam is no longer the singular home of Indies. Have you seen the unfiltered front page of the Steam store lately? It's brimming with early access Indie titles and IPs created for the console market. Yes, forward compatibility is an advantage of PC but not...

yup. The Sony fanboys here tell us it's the PS2 era all over again with the way the PS4 is selling. Guess somebody has to take THQ's old job.

It's not what we think of the device, it's what MS already has. To spend over a billion in R&D on Kinect 1&2, to design their entire current gen system around its multimedia functions and then jettison it in less than a year speaks volumes. But MS insisted on the "you are the controller" mantra when it became clear it offered a lesser experience than traditional inputs aside from dance, exercise, and children's entertainment genres. Tethering the success of the d...

Agreed. Throw out Soma and Grim as they aren't exclusives at all, TLG is vaporware until Sony shows something concrete, and Quantic Dream's new IP hasn't even been announced.

Rime, Wild, The Tomorrow Children, and Helldivers should be on the list instead. At least with brand exclusives you still have to own Sony hardware to play them.

Ha you realize developers make the same revenue on a $15 game as they do on a $50-60 game? You're only giving more coin to these greedy publishers and encouraging these shady practices. At least buying physical means you're supporting other sectors of the market like drivers, pilots, warehouse/dock workers, and retailers to carry said product. Don't take my word for it, google Lorne Lanning and Eurogamer Expo. Very enlightening on digital distribution and the breakdown of percenta...
