I wish I could replay Persona 4 Golden again for the first time. This series is amazing. My favorite JRPGs.
I don't think it needs one unless the developer wishes to add one. Their game has a 90 meta score and their fans love it. It's exactly what they wanted. FromSoft is aware that they can pull in more people by making the game easier, it may be their artistic choice to not. They should deliver a statement about whether or not they will, if they don't, people should leave it be.
I don't personally mind it. However if the creator, the artist, says they don't desire to, then it should be left at that. You wouldn't ask an incredibly intelligent author to write an easier-to-understand version of their book because you can't get through it. You just wouldn't buy it. It's okay, not everything is for everyone. It should be the artist's decision, and if they say no, then their answer should be accepted and people should move on.
Mechanics wise, God of War 3 was the best though. The seamlesness of switching between weapons was so smooth. Not to mention, it was the first game up until that point where other weapons were viable options instead of just the blades.
This list was pretty bad. The Last of Us is the only game up there that did so for me. Walking Dead Season One was pretty impressive, but Stardew Valley (which I loved, by the way)? And that high on the list? Undertale??? It must not take a lot for this person to cry.
What have they done?
Hell I'll try it if they're giving away a free month. Apex devolved into chaos for me, so I'd be happy to try something new.
Fake News.
Of course it could appeal to more people. Don't you think they know that? They made a video game, which is a very complex undertaking, you think they wouldn't know that making a game accessible to a wider audience would allow them a bigger slice of the pie? Of course they know. They still didn't add an easier difficulty. Their games are for a specific audience, if you aren't part of it, then don't buy it.
Racing sims are a pain in my ass because I don...
Play another game. There, we discussed it.
The game isn't broken, it's challenging. They are aware of sales projections and whether or not the difficulty of their game will have an impact on overall sales. They knew what they were making when they made it. If you want to discuss marketing of the product, for instance, saying that the game is extremely challenging on the back of the box, then I can understand that train of thought.

Wii got first place last gen, PS3 overtook the 360 near the end. That's with launching a year later and a $200 higher price tag. Maybe check your facts?
Sean Murray's been too busy the last few years actually fixing his game. XD
Yeah, I couldn't care less for Doom or Rage 2. Not that I think those will be bad games, I've just had my fill of stuff like that. Meh.
It's unfortunate for me. Those are the only two game I want to see from them :(
Are you actually this ignorant or are you trolling?
Nah man, you lost me there.
Gonna have to disagree on this one. I think Google has a bigger advantage.
It's more about the quality in cinematic storytelling that only Sony offers that reels me in. It's a must buy for me, everything else is a maybe until it proves itself. Streaming games via my other devices is cool and all, but If they're just games I can play at home, I probably will. I usually read while I'm out and about and game at home. Plus, it's not healthy to rage in public.
The difference though is that they could throw the game and make you lose. Whereas in CoD, at least you could still carry the entire team to victory!
Story-wise, absolutely. I had way more laughs during Tales From, especially the opener to episode 4. Gameplay-wise, the main games will always win out.
