Gears 5 gameplay, maybe Halo Infinite gameplay (or at least info or trailer), new Fable, more info what their new studios are doing, new studio acquisitions, then a bunch of third party stuff that I'll be playing on PlayStation. Honestly though, I look forward to seeing what Ninja Theory is working on, they're a good developer. Microsoft seems to be getting their act together.
I'd be more interested in that than anything else that's been announced.
Considering I didn't finish Moon, I'd say it's a possible yes. The reveal for Sword/Shield did nothing to assuage that feeling.
As much as I love every one of their IPs, I'd be more than happy to see them tackle a new game entirely. Maybe an RPG with strong story elements? A more linear experience is fine too. Whatever naughty dog makes is gold.
It's because they probably don't finish the game when the review hits/media is looking for their opinion on the game. Then, when they've taken more time, either they warm up to it or cool down. I don't know how many times (about a month after) RDR2 launched did I hear people start discussing how terrible the controls were. Like, where was that in the reviews? How slow the travel could be? Where was this? They probably just played for a bit and enjoyed the beauty and detail, sa...
God of War is about the journey, not the destination.
Good choice here.
The game was lost on you. The whole theme of The Last of Us revolves around grounded characters and their development, not the outside world. It was never truly about saving humanity, that was only ever a catalyst for the story between Joel and Ellie. The remnants of humanity weren't worth saving in Joel's eyes, but Ellie was. She was the good that he saw remaining it the world, and he was willing to sacrifice the rest to keep her breathing. I loved every bit of that game and still th...
Considering how much I enjoyed the original (as well as the choices it provided and the badass final boss fight), I was expecting more.
I'll definitely be getting a PS5. Once I see more of what MS is doing, I may pull the trigger for that as well.
Anti-climactic to the max.
Fable 2.
I believe the White Arabian will respawn eventually. Look it up.
Yeah, I didn't find myself going out of the way to discover extra lore, like I did in Horizon or any Bethesda games. I mainly only did the side quests and main story. Not much in the way of collectibles.
I have to disagree. Though I did enjoy Red Dead 2, a lot of it felt like a slog. Especially the traversal system. It's a very pretty game with a good story (that's hurt by pacing issues) and fun side quests, but I didn't get completely engrossed and lost within the world. I'd give it a solid 8.5.
There are certain things that each of my favorite open world games do that really entranced me. For instance, I loved the lore, secrets, and guild quests in Oblivi...
If they didn't have a market, they wouldn't be made 🤷♂️
Double Dash was my favorite Mario Kart, maybe I should pick this one up. It was always more about the gameplay than the characters for me, and I grew up with Sonic.
I wouldn't mind using the Switch screen a la PS Vita, but the Joy Cons sucked.
Please release on new consoles! I'd alive to play again.
Killzone and Infamous aren't dead, Sony allows their studios to make more than one franchise...
