I seriously have actually bet money on it coming to the PS3. It will come I'm telling you.
End of story, not only does it have over 130,000 more preorders than DI on both systems combined, it's 6 weeks away from release, whereas DI is only 2, it's also going to be the better game. Plus, SONY will market the crap out of it. Seriously, DI will do decently, but GOW3 will reign supreme.
While I know both systems will do well I'll have to give it to the PS3. And as for hardcore gamers, SONY will defintiely take care of them with both normal games and motion sensing games. I have a feeling Natal is going to be 90% casual, 10% hardcore. SONY will probably 50/50.

While I agree ME2 will be a better quality game I'm still going for MAG. I am not a fanboy, I really just don't like when developers make a game exclusive when they don't have to. I have both systems, but I am going to be trading in my 360, so I'm getting MAG. I loved the first Mass Effect, it was my favorite game for the 360. If ME2 doesn't come to the PS3, Oh well. I really don't understand why everyone attacks PSN, sayin LIVE is 100 times better. I have both systems, and while LIVE is better it's only just. When the PS3 launched and you compared them, then I would agree, but if I can get into a group with six of my friends and play MW2 all night long on my PS3, I really don't see any problem. Well I guess Little Big Planet, Resistance 2, Motorstorm 2, Socom Confrontation, and Bioshock must be a terrible line up....what an idiot.
This was going to be a day one purchase for me, but I'll just play Little Big Planet, unless they patch the trophies soon after launch. Then Resistance 2 is going to come out. Oblivion is one of my favorite games, I hope they patch it.
I don't know what makes him think the the 360 is going to outsell the PS3 in the long run. His focus should be making good games for his system and not on the competition. Maybe making a console that lasts more than a couple months, perhaps?
