That's pretty much all Microsoft has on their stage anyway. Maybe some of their newly acquired studios will have made some headway on their exclusive projects. The last decade of MS E3 shows were basically me watching to see what I was going to play on my PlayStation.
My list:
Persona 4 Golden
Persona 5
Dragon Quest VIII
Final Fantasy X
Breath of Fire III
Grandia
Not enough black people were slow enough to die in the apocalypse: 0/10. Some reviewers, man 🤷♂️
He doesn't make an actual argument for the case. Probably because he doesn't have the facts that he wants on his side 🤷♂️
By what metric though??? xD
Sales? Sony and Nintendo outsell Microsoft consistently.
Games? Sony has had 4 GotY majority nods in the last ten years, Nintendo 2, Microsoft 0. Here is a cumulative list of GotY awards by number since 2003... https://gotypicks.blogspot....
If we're talking last gen, they held it for a year until the Wii launched. The PS3 eventually ou...
I still hate it.
Aren't the games in the Master Chief Collection originally made by Bungie? And is that a poll from a PMS gamer person? Most of their followers are usually Xbox peeps. Kinda a poor choice for references, but okay. Your points against the original poster aren't that great, I'm not saying whether they're wrong, but you should definitely use better sources to prove your point.
Yeah, but when playing comp (which is all I play), you run into too many muted players as well as too many toxic people. Not sure what they can do, but it's worse than any other game I've played because the toxic players have a hold on you since they can throw the game.
Love the idea of Switch, but I've stopped playing games for gameplay sake. Zelda and Mario have never had compelling enough stories for me (and yes, younger me loved OoT, though Mario never stuck). Hell, I didn't even finish Bloodborne. I know, I know, it's a game! It should be all about the gameplay, right? Well, all the games I've played as a kid were all about the gameplay and I've grown out of it, now I want at least a good story to go along with it. If the next Person...
I played Gears of War (the original), but that was enough for me. It was a pretty forgettable experience from a story/character perspective. That being said the gameplay was decent for the most part (kept getting stuck on the wrong wall plenty of times). I liked the reloading mechanic. The graphics were great. Rain effects were top notch. I hope the fans of the series enjoy it!
I was super excited to play Blue Dragon back in the day since I loved Dragon Quest VIII so much. Bought an Xbox 360 for Blue Dragon, Fable 2, Bioshock, and Mass Effect. I played about 5-6 games on my 360 and it died 3 times. The last time I checked is when I pulled it out to play Jade Empire (which I wish they would remake or make a sequel to). Man, that hardware sucked.
Wouldn't make much sense, otherwise it would just be an update and everyone would run out and buy an older copy of the game. Would be a terrible business decision.
😂
Last line is hilarious. Not sure if joking or not. If you are kudos 😂
If you aren't though, here is a website that shows games with the most GotY picks over the last 15 years or so. Sony has had 4 in the last ten, Nintendo has 1, and the rest are multiplat. Every 5-6 years is a bit of a stretch.

Progression tied to MTs?
They should still continue to remake older games if there is a demand, but there shouldn't be much reason for a remaster if you can just pop in your old PS4 game. I'm sure they won't age horrendously over a gen.
Buy a PS4 now, if you've haven't already, then don't get too attached and trade it in toward a PS5 when it comes out. You would really recommend people go without some of the best games of the generation if they've finally saved up their dollars? Lame article.
I'm assuming 499, but 449 would be nicer for mass market. Based on that specs, 399 seems too low (though is the sweet spot for a launch console). I'll definitely be buying one. Hopefully PSVR2 is launched alongside it with a bundle, I would pick that up immediately.
Obsidian is a pretty good developer as well.
Solid list. I've never played any Metroid games, but I wholeheartedly agree with many of the choices, especially TLoU, Uncharted, Mass Effect, and Bioshock. Those would all be on my list along with P4G.
