He's an attack hero, not a tank hero. But okay.
I haven't watched the other conferences in full the last few years since they've been rather disappointing, but here is my Sony prediction.
Sony:
New God of War gameplay trailer, release date of March 2018
New Days Gone gameplay trailer
New Uncharted Lost Legacy gameplay trailer, summer 2017 release date
New action adventure IP with cinematic trailer

I agree with what you're saying about the console being untethered (which means wireless connections all over the place, this affecting performance), but on top of that, the devs say it isn't powerful enough. I don't have a switch, but I like the concept. If only buy it for its exclusives, which is exactly Nintendo's problem.
It's similar to Final Fantasy in that it's standalone, no continuous story. I would argue it's better than Final Fantasy (well, Persona 3 onward). You should definitely check it out.
Nope, all games are unique entires like Final Fantasy (discounting the direct sequels). Though Persona 4 Golden on Vita was amazing as well.
Each game has its own story arc (a la final fantasy), so you don't need to have played any of the pervious games, though I do suggest Persona 4 Golden. That said, if you like jrpgs, do yourself a favor. This series is amazing and now would be a great start!
I agree bluefox. To be honest, I don't know how people can make assumptions based on an unknown variable.
Rob, which older games were you referring to exactly? Just curious.

No, they shouldn't punish them. What they should do is reward others for doing it the right way and give no reward to those you completed the mission through the glitch. The developers need to do thorough testing before releasing important stuff like this, it should be on the developers shoulders, not those who found out ways to make the game work for them. If there was a prerequisite saying "If you exploit our game, then you will be punished", then I say it's fair game. But...
Honestly, I'm really proud of the work they're doing over there. This is a huge step toward unifying gamers. If we can all play together no matter the platform, that will open a lot of things up for people. I only have a PS4 at the moment, and it will continue to be my primary game console, but if Microsoft keeps this up, I'd be happy to support them.
Agent?
Red Dead Revolution...
It says in the article that the game has choices and dialogue decisions...
It most certainly is. I advise anyone wanting to pick this up that they make sure to get a copy of Eve Valkyrie along with it (if it ends up being a launch title).
They're completely different things. One is essentially a completely new way to experience video games (VR), the other was a better version of the WiiMote (Move). Hard to say, but I think it will sell pretty well.
I meant $600 high end. If it actually does cost $350, then $500 would be more reasonable for extra controllers and a camera. At that point they should include a game too.
Announce "No Man's Sky" VR version and bundle it with PSVR. Done. Sold out.
Once you try Eve: Valkyrie, you'll be hooked. I thought it was only a demo when I first tried on PSVR, but once I learned it was a full fledged title, I decided that I have to get it. The experience was amazing. This is coming from someone that didn't have high hopes for the tech, initially at least.
I think they should go $350 for the headset and do a big bundle with two move controllers and a camera for $600. I've tried PSVR and was expecting... well, not much. What I got was an awesome experience that I would be willing to pay full price for. I hope for the sake of the product and the advancement of VR toward the mainstream, it's priced reasonably.
They will not have the same success, by any means. The main differentiator lies within the fact that the Crash series started it's life on Sony's PS1 (and had it's glory days there). Many Playstation fans were probably nostalgic and hungry for the content. With Banjo, a mainline entry from the series came out about 9 years ago from Microsoft and sold under a million copies. This may have something to do with the fact that the original Banjo and it's sequel were Nintendo exclus...
