All Sony really needs to do is prove that these people cost them money. Then there are numerous ways they can approach the case. And that's not even getting into hacking related charges or theft of intellectual property.
I'm extremely skeptical that it's active subs, Phil and Microsoft are all about misleading statement. Like when Phil said Gears 5 outsold Gears 4 even though every sales tracking firm had it down by nearly 25%. It's extremely likely that Micrsoft is calling people who have subscribed subscribers.
Or like last gen when they talked about how many Live subscriptions using wording that made it sound like it was paid subscriptions even though it was later reveale...
Yea 3 years after it released on PlayStation and 25 years after the series released on PlayStation.
And why did it go to gamepass, because Phil knew if they put it for sale no one would buy it on xbox like every other Japanese game this generation that failed to sell 15% of it's copies on xbox.

It applies to both. If you purchase either a physical or digital version of an applicable PS3 title, you can download the Vita version...

But that is the gamepass model. It's a subscription for free to play styled games.
As more and more games get revealed we see they have game design that facilitates MTX it just becomes more and more obvious what the future for Microsoft and gamepass is.
Games for gamepass will be designed around MTX, just like in the past games for xbox were primary designed around online in order to force people to buy live.
CharlesTGG, the publisher is the one making the decision to offer people an upgrade.
You don't know what your talking about, the charges won't be brought up until the investigation is finished. Things can take a while especially if there are international issues to deal with. This event only recently happened and Sony has probably only identified the this person/people in the last 24 or so hours.
It's unfortunate your defending this type of stuff just because it happened to a company you don't like... But i guess that's what the world ...
