Yea, but the whole idea of generations on a closed system is to be able move the minimum spec forward.
And even PC has generations to an extent, try running modern 64bit games on a 32bit CPU/OS.

Well yeah, there are faster "industrial/server" SSD solutions for PC. But that's irrelevant it's faster than 95+% of SSD's on the market right now. And it's more than twice as fast as the SSD in the xbox.
All I'm really going to say is that putting your games on the older console plus on PC doesn't seem like a winning strategy to sell an expensive next gen console.
I'm not disagreeing that your headset should be supported it absolutely should... but if you spent 280 Euros on a headset you could spend another 20 to get a USB dongle to add support I'd imagine.
Gears 5 didn't beat gears 4 sales that was Phil lying and calling "players" sales.
Every sales tracking firm had shown that not only were sales of Gears 5 down from 4 it was at least 25% less. It didn't even win in launch week and quickly dropped off the charts. Steam tracking shows it's peak in September was less than 10,000...
