Yes, every system will have problems, I agree, especially when something new is added to it. The part that bothers me (and most people that own a 360 and had the misfortune of RRoD) is that they have done nothing to try and fix the problem (or even find the exact cause of the problem) and people are still buying it which gives them more reason not to fix it. If people stopped buying it, they have to fix the problem to make a profit. But then again, judging by the way MS handles their softw...
Sony always trys to send a message with their ad's that say what they stand for, not just to promote the game. Even the music is so fitting. They're still around and ain't stopping.

that so many people are oblivious to the hardware failures of the 360. I just feel bad for those that it's happened to. I've been though that experience and it's not fun.

I think it can only be fixed by redesigning the hardware. But instead of offering to fix hardware for free, they just keep selling them, and banking on expired warranties to sell even more. That's just how MS rolls. Don't fix the problem (completely), keep selling until that money hole drys up, release something new. A software version of this story is Vista. June of 2009, Windows 7 will be released. Back in the day it was Widows ME. Again, it's just how they roll. Money is the bottom...
but true. But, you also have to take into account those who have invested a lot of money into their system have no choice but to buy another one. MS is always money first. Which is why I'm still on XP and let my live gold subscription expire.

I really don't get what do sale figures have to do enjoying games. Before it like you buy a game, play it, enjoy the hell out of it, then months (or years) later you find out that it sold X amount of copies. Then you go, "Whoa, that's cool! I'm not the only one who enjoyed the hell out of it!" Now, gamers look at the posts, sales figures, and reviews and go, "Well, it's not selling or reviewing well, so it must suck." Problem with that is you might miss out on enjoyin...

Good catch. A few moments ago, you're right, this game was heralded as an exclusive. But I too believe that a person's opinion shouldn't sway your own. Try it, you might be surprised.
Although it would have been cool for a co-op storyline campaign, I'll take the co-op they currently implemented any day. It's so cool to jump in an online co-op with strangers and everybody plays their part. Rack up the mad exp playing online co-op :D
