But I still had for that (a bad review score) to happen based on someones PREFERENCE and there was actually nothing wrong with the game. GG deserves better than that. But, in the end, we happy gamers will override such foolishness, pay GG, and play their game happily. Wonder what the perks gonna be for the collectors edition?
I read through the whole thread. Got to say, seems there won't be a co-op for the game. That may be the the one thing reviewers use against it, dropping the overall score from a 10 to 7 (like idiots). Just sayin.

As a consumer, I can tell you when I bought the PS3 (at frickin $600) the confidence was there, but not in what you think. I didn't care during previous generations, and I still don't this generation. All I care about is games, no matter what platform they come on (even PC/Wii/handhelds)!

Since BD is more expensive than DVD, I've been just replacing the keeper movies out of my collection. Slowly but surely my BD collection is growing, but nothing near my DVD collection. It's like 4 to 1 at the moment. As far as DLL goes, I use that bandwidth for online gaming.
Online shops, that would be sweet. Would need to jump on the PSN or PC, do it all from Home. Reminds me of way back when they said most people will be shopping on the internet by 20XX and I was all like PFFT! Whatever! Now I shop on the internet, humble pie anyone? I got lots!

IMHO was meant to mean games, not sales. It was never said that Year of the PS3 sales. Only a handful really judge a game by sales. As far as games are concerned, I believe they delivered on that promise, especially for launch PS3 owners. Going into 2009 (again, based on games, not sales) momentum is strong with the PS3 without the need to compare against the other competition.
