Great looking environment!
I can live with PS5/PC release combo.
Nioh games definitely up there at the top alongside Ninja Gaiden BLK.
Will always be niche until the form factor changes to be more comfortable and less isolating, price needs to be cheap enough to warrant the purchase. It just can't really push mainstream being the same price as a console, when it plays no games on its own. What's the cheapest monitor or TV you can buy now versus buying a VR headset? I think it will get there eventually, but we are years away imo.
As for the article, I don't think anyone is claiming any year to ...
As of July 2022, it had sold over 109 million units across the world
Was going to say the same thing. Very similar at least.
I can agree with you on some points, but not all. Watch Dogs Legion and Cyberpunk 2077 both showcase ray traced reflections on surfaces and vehicles as they and people move through the world. A lot of PC heads agree that Cyberpunk 2077 with ray tracing enabled looks much better than without. V remains a vampire though. I remember when the RTX 2080 came out and people laughed at the poor framerate in games like Tomb Raider. They shrugged off ray tracing as a gimmick. Interesting how many game...
There hasn't been massive outcry from the PS community over the current PS exclusives ported to PC as far as I can tell. I see nothing wrong then with timed PS exclusives that come to PC eventually (although I agree the timing has to be right). Game development has become far more costly these days for many reasons, therefore it makes sense Sony and partners are exploring other revenue streams that don't appease direct competition (i.e going on Gamepass). This way, Sony keep their fa...
"He still appears to be in place as Avengers lead designer, however."
Somehow comments saying he was fired aren't alluding to this fact. He was dropped as spokesperson so far.
Fixed the issue where V's breasts clipped through clothes after changing their size at a Ripperdoc.
The important fixes for a First-person game.
No DLSS 3.0 support yet, is a shame.
Nailed it.

Ahh bloody heck, you just jinxed it now!
The dog Chorizo from FAR CRY 6 has wheelchair legs, so is hardly a decommissioned pet. In fact very useful for digging up dirt.
Yeh, especially after all the tweaks they added to the base game. Did they ever fix the bodies disappearing though?
"side missions were forgettable".
Really? How many did you do, because the side missions are highly regarded by many as some of the best in the game. Better than the main story even.
At least Beyond Good and Evil 2 is still rocking...right?
Depends what you define as "recent memory". The Blade Runner remaster game that released recently scored pretty badly. Then there is Loopmancer. Further from that you have Anno Mutationem. Granted, Stray could easily best those. If you're taking a side-swipe at CP 2077 post 1.5 update which isn't that recent, then I am pressing X to doubt your opinion tbh. Leaning towards a fanciful headline to catch the digital bottom feeders. Guess I got trapped in the net.
Co-OP was great in RE5 because at times you would split-up where Sheva got Chris to give her a boost up to unreachable areas. Other times where one player covers the other player from afar. Nothing wrong with Resident Evil co-op as long as the level design is good and imaginative.
