i want a Go, but they are wayyy too expensive, only 50 less than a PS3?! Isn't an Xbox 360 that much now?
i have to say only only really discovered PSP these last 2 months or so... I bought a fat PSP-1000 with vice city stories ages ago before i was doing a big overseas do, so i could use it on the plane etc, then when i got back it disappeared into my 'stuff' drawer.
With the new attention on PSP recently with the 'relaunch' and the Go, i started using it again for...
EB is a freaking rip off anyway. they charge a good 20-30 dollars more than most places for games. I never shop there.
But a worrying thing is JB seem to hiking game prices too.. anyone else notice this? I saw quite a few games in there for over 100 dollars recently when i was here for the weekend... i've never seen that before in a JB...
man i wish GT5 had Porsche... maybe i need to pick up a 360...
also this game looks great in action... i like the way the car even on the inside subtly picks up suspension movements etc... looks like great attention to detail. and good sense of speed too.
EDIT: on the damage... i haven't seen alot of stuff on Forza 3's damage... but its not as good/realistic as i expected in this video at least, albeit the low quality. light bump and scrape on that green ferrari and ...
50 bucks doesn't seem like a huge saving. how much is a live subscription for a year? slash another 100 then your talking..... hell if they slash more money off it I might be tempted to buy another one...
EDIT: when its purchasing this kind of product... i mean, 50 bucks is the price of a game. with so many bundles around, i think most people will balance it out with bluray+free PSN etc...
woah that's pretty impressive. is the GT one a cutscene or in game? thing is every game looks worse on your tv running on your console when you finally get it home. but if GT5 looks like that... then wow

true that but it could prove a boon for PSN. I doubt they'd release ALL PS2 games considering the amount of shovelware on the console, maybe just platinum and cult classics.
For example, I'd play Ico and Shadow of the Colossus on it, cos i never had them on ps2, and my ps2 sits at my beach house 2 hours away now for rainy days.

yeah 2k games rock. I discovered them with 2K7 when i got my PS3... 2K9 is still my most played game by far.

While i agree with your inFamous comment, this is a content sparse game if you already have Halo 3 and all the maps.
Its a 4 hour mini-campaign, 3 new multiplayer maps, 2 new guns, and a new 'horde' mode. I don't argue that this isn't at all fun or a good game. But this is priced and I think therefore should be considered to be a full release game.
But my axe to grind with this game is that its reviewed as one of the 'must have' glorious games...
Yeah I agree. My take is with certain games they get paid to give a good review.
There's no way reading what I've read across all the other sites you can justify giving what seems to be an overpriced add on a 9, especially when its the same price as a full game.

this will be a total flop like all other game to movie iterations.
There are other games than these 4, you realise....
that would make sense considering in menu screen in prologue showing time and weather of different cities around the world.

another bunk opinion piece written before the full games an features are even released. I'm eagerly awaiting GT5, I won't lie. I don't have an Xbox anymore but if I did I'd get Forza aswell.
At this point they're both pretty much on par bar the fact that GT5 is missing Porsche (RUF is no substitute), my favourite manufacturer. Both have features and qualities that balance out one another.

Killzone 2 is my fav multiplayer/fps game ever...
But a total marketing failure. I never saw one add for it around launch in mainstream media.
