It has the potential to be in breach of IP protections. This is called 'domain name hijacking', and there's been some recent cases (in the UK and elsewhere) where people register a trade marked brand name as a website in an effort to get the trademark holder to pay them for the website. Sony could simply injunct them from using this domain name because it has the TM'd PSPgo in it.

I dont like the look of this game. I never bought into all that weird japanese/neogothic/giger inspired sh!t.
Fact is if it was built to proper expected standards you should be able to play it for 12 hours straight (not that I do) and not expect it to break down or melt.
It just flies in the face of logic to me you would keep paying money for a new system if they're going to fail. The article mentioned he was on his 8th Xbox.
Why would you want something that keeps breaking. Equate this to a car. If you owned a car that you bought new form the manufacturer and it broke down 8 times in a short space of time, wouldn't you cut your losses and get a different car?
I've had 2 Xboxes die on me and I quit on the 360. Shoddiest piece of hard...
I live in Australia and of the 7 friends I know with consoles all have a PS3 and only one has 360 aswell. He's the only person I know who owns an Xbox 360.
I just think the Playstation brand is stronger outside the US.
Although, I am considering buying an Xbox arcade though for Forza III.

kz looks better than the target vid... except for the smoke effects and 'splosions. I dunno what target vid you were watching.
in some ways they look better, in other ways worse. i'm actually not sure which one i like better, but i do like the ehtereal green glow of the newer ones, but theres definately a huge loss of detail compared to the older ones. overall the newer build looks less impressive.

I agree. Microsoft is a company, like any other, whos bottom line is making a buck. They got into the console gaming industry cos they wanted a share of the huge profits being made. Nothing wrong with that.

We're overcharged for everything this generation and its all cos of MS. My worst gripe is the cost of DLC on both systems.Shambolic. Extra content my bollocks, put it in the original game.
ACCC should look into this.
