Are you serious dangert12??? I experience lag all the time, especially when you join a new group. It got better but at launch, it was sometimes unplayable online (thus the need for a patch twice a day during the first week).

I will write the dumbest comment I've read in another LBP2 post:

"So, LBP is a crappy version of all the other games?"

Way to miss the point.

True Reefskye. On top of that, I always felt that it was so unrealistic to play with a mouse because you can turn 180 in 1/10 of a second. A real sodlier couldn't do that.

Yes!

And I hope there isn't something at the end of the game, like in the NHL 11 demo where you had to view a 4 minutes video of the stanley cup winner. I always had to quit the game just before the end of the game.

Yes the R2/L2 triggers are pretty bad. I used to play for hours in Burnout Paradise in my fingers were getting really tired of the convex shape. Sony needs to fix that. But rhe R1/L1 are superior in my opinion.

On top of that, have you noticed something weird. The install base of the 360 is supposed to be much bigger than the one of the ps3, yet the sales of many multi-plat games are split almost 50/50. I'm starting to believe the people saying the install base of the xbox is actually way smaller than we think. Probably a lot of 2nd, 3rd etc xbox that have rrored. Otherwise it doesn't make sense to see sales split 50/50.

I personnally found that Mafia II was the most boring game I've played in a long time. People always complain about GTA IV, but the missions in Mafia II are wayyyy more boring, even the DLC. I mean, seriously, most of the things you have to do is just incredibly boring. Like: why do I have to drive all accross town to go to bed when anyway, it's a missions-driven game and not a sandbox...
Also I finished the game on hard in 10 hours, and if the game didn't have so horrible...

The fact that PSN evolves slowly because of Japan makes complete sense. For some reasons, Japanese developers are so lost this gen with their aversion to online (Sega, Nintendo, Sony (back in 2007), etc). I wish Sony would just give all the online to some American developers.

Well at least PSN is still free and more than enough for me. Improvements would be nice though, especially when most of them would be easy to implement.

If Arkham city is really 4-5 bigger (for the map) than AA, does it mean we can use the batmobile to move around? Would make sense.

Coop. (side-missions) would be really sweet. I could finally play a good batman with a friend.

Yes it was useless as well. Although, at least they were comparing re-orders for two products that would hit shelves on months. WHile here, it's comparing a product that is being released right now versus a nother one in two months. Anyway, all the trolling on N4G about sales is pathetic, from both camps.

Breaking news: pre-order for the next un-announced Xbox not even ranked on Amazon! It looks like this is the end of the road for Microsoft \s

Seriously, this article is useless. Let's talk about this after Christmas, when we'll see who sold more.

I'm surprised Kotaku hasn't photoshoped it to make it look better/smaller/etc!

@Jdoki: Why? Having a stick would allow you to use two moves AND control your character (i.e: not only on-rail). That makes no sense to me that Sony cut this option. And it would be quite comfortable, it's like the nunchuk. I have no problem usin the stick why moving the nunchuk.

I still see that as a missed opportunity to have the ultimate motion controller. Although not a big one since the games using two moves AND requiring that you control your character (his movement...

Competitive multiplayer online changed gaming. But some days, I'm not sure it was for the best. For instance, I gave up playing plunder in Uncharted 2 cause 80% of the time, someone will leave the game as soon as it's 2-0 for the other team. And being one less is a serious disadvantage in a 5v5 game, especially versus good players. Just because you were "unlucky" to be put in a weaker team doesn't mean you should quit!

It's too bad people are taking ...

At the same time, Nintendo was already making a profit on every Wii sold back in 2006. When you see how much Sony cut the costs of the ps3 (70%?), imagine the cash N is making now. So they can for sure sell the Wii at $149

I have all three consoles. I use mostly my ps3 (best games according to me and I refuse to pay for online play). But I never ever regret having bought a Wii in 2006. I had a lot of fun with it and I still do sometimes (Mario Galaxy 2 recently for instance). I'm actually glad the Wii is offering something different. What would be the point of having a third console doing the same games? Having Lens of Truth doing comparisons of multiplat games over all three? lol No thanks.

Actually that would be really funny if they did. After all, Sony seems to think that giving you a 2 weeks early access to PAY 10$ for Tomb Raider is an amazing deal! lol

I'm sure they will implement complete controls over your player. I mean, come on, this game will not be Move-only anyway, so you can always use the dualshock. So it is only logical to assume that they will allow us to use Move+nav controller (or the DS3 on one hand...).

Although Sega has made a lot of stupid decisions in recent years (well it does seem like a lot of Japanese developpers are a little bit lost in the HD-online era), I can't believe they would screw up t...
