I too don't have a Iphone (or Itouch), nor an Android phone. Si I was really looking forward playing this game on my ps3. But I won't accept such a rip-off. It's too bad for people like you or me, but it is still a rip-off and unacceptable to me.
Minis are a sad thing. Very small games free or cosrting 99 cents everywhere else, but PSN users are getting charged 3-5 dollars.

$12 is about what the game is worth if you ask me. I bought it for $50 on my ps3 and traded it less than one week after. Such a bad game.

I actually enjoyd SP: Conviction but only after I realised I had to play it in a completely different way than the previous splinter cell. Conviction wasn't a stealth game anymore, it was more like an action game where you hunt down preys. Kinda similar to the mode in Batman Arkham Asylum. Once I figured that out, I actually enjoyed the gameplay.

I have a laptop, like the rest of the world. Have you been to a university recently? Or to a computer store? They sell way more laptops than desktops. So yes, I would have to buy a keyboard with the PC assembled on this site. And since I wouldn't want to play on a chair, but rather to hook the PC to my TV, I would probably need a wireless one, so a little bit more expensive. Costs that MUST be included.

It doesn't include a mouse and keyboard, it doesn't include a controller (let's face it, most games CAN'T be played with a keyboard (try NHL11...). Unless it's integrated with the motherboard, it doesn't include an ethernet card to go online.

Wow, way to troll. The Wiimote is NOT a gimmick accessory, this is the core of what defines an entire console! You may not like the game offered on this system, but it can't be considered as just a gimmick.
And yes it is limited (especially in 2011, but when I first played it in 2006, it was a lot of fun btw), but when it works, it works well and can offer new types of gameplay. On top of that, games using the pointer only are awesome (for instance: World of Goo).
