It'll still have forced mouse accel + low FOV after they patch it.

what NathanExplosion said
Its just gonna be like Oblivion but with better combat and graphics and with less content.
Just like Oblivion was like Morrowind but with better combat and graphics and (a lot) less content.
It's good that BF3 is on 2 disks because it means they didn't resort to gimping the other versions out of content.
There isn't anything inherantly wrong with games being on multiple disks, but remember that they can't properly make them open world if they have to be.
DVD restricts games like GTA and Elder Scrolls, not multiplayer titles.
current gen would last a lot longer if they had more RAM which can limit creativity at the moment
next gen will improve the RAM situation and pump out true 1080p as the main differences
They could rush a new gen now but it would be bad for business (Sony and MS) when they both have big install bases to get games onto at the moment to get the actual profits from
PS2>N64>PS1>XBOX>P S3>360
for me
Most of them look pretty daft/unlikely
the 720 that looks like a smoother, cleaner 360 (with the hdd bit poking out) is the most sensible but consoles don't often resemble their predecessors like that.
Black-ops is free this weekend on Steam:
current peak

32,884 73,866 Counter-Strike: Source
18,609 33,802 Sid Meier's Civilization V
17,154 67,223 Counter-Strike
13,217 24,957 Call of Duty Black Ops - Multiplayer
its not even in the top 5 most played
Good, I just hope they don't break the shooting. CS is the only game where the guns actually have proper recoil.
"they’re going to find ways to pirate the game whether we require an online connection or not"
LOLOLOL
But anyway, no. The true reason it has to be always online is because they (Activision) want to bleed it dry financially with that in-game real money item purchase stuff; and for that to be secure it has to store inventories server-side (or people would hack them client-side and break the economy). Simply put anyway.
"Actually, the term is aliasing-- "jaggies" is used by people who don't know what they are talking about."

Lenovo and Vaio are typically the higher quality laptops.
You do pay more for them, but the build quality is a lot higher (aluminium casings etc). Personally, I got a cheap Dell laptop with a simple i3 cpu but a beastly graphics chip because I want to get the best gaming price to performance ratio, but if I had spare money I would have gotten a Vaio.
Bloatware is hardly a concern, considering 100% of all pre-purchased PCs from big companies come with retarded...
"PC>Xbox>PS3"
That was probably due to thier old engine. Skyrim's engine is new, so there is no way of knowing yet if the ps3 or 360 version will run smoother.
By saying that the ps3 version is getting a ton of attention they mean that it is getting just as much attention as other platforms - which would be a ton.
"Since console owners pay more for their version, I would say they should get better treatment"
Console owners pay more for their version but less of it goes to the developer than the PC version, they have to pay a platform fee to Sony/MS and pay for the packaging and distribution (compared to a ...
I eat bacon and I am healthy and living :P
Could be a lot better than other visors like it, but I'd still have to try before I buy lol.
Because previous generations there were far less multiplats and far less 12 year-olds into gaming.
That's a nice res but I'll be playing at 2650x1600
