What up coming exclusives? Please list them, because I only know of a hand full with a release date this year.
I also think the boost to the Vita by PS4 connectivity is greatly over estimated. Please tell me the incentive for purchasing a $200 accessory for your already $400 system when you can play it on your TV. Hence, the point of a console as opposed to a handheld.
Looks interesting
You mean making software specifically for the Vita? That's funny because we are seeing none of that from your 1st parties outside of Japan..... maybe you have something for us at E3?
Missed Valhalla Knights on the 15th
Lol a AAA game coming for the Vita? *Checks pulse*
Agreed, I think this shows that Sony needs to actually devote resources and understand that crappy 10MB games on a dedicated handheld will do them nothing in battling phone games.
New experiences from indies? Ironic because I have yet to have a unique experience with an indie. I think if you want innovation look at Media Molecule, Sony's own 1st Party studio. They keep costs at a minimum with user created content as opposed to DLC which is smart, but they also push the limit with their two AAA titles: Tearaway and LBP. So I would disagree with your statement Mr. Yoshida.
@GribbleGrunger
I'm also talking about the American and European markets. A price drop brought sales up about 60% in America but they've been going down steadily since then, according to VG Chartz.
Lol those are some high numbers. Yet as a Vita owner I can't help notice the decline of the Vita sales for last 3 or 4 weeks even after a price drop.... I think it's time for some more software.
@Th4Freak
Oh I'm sorry do you live in Japan? Because the majority of Vita owners don't dip shit. Name western games RELEASING IN THE US AND EUROPE.
You think a $200 accessory is appealing? You're kidding right? How about instead of spending $700 to get a new game streamed on your Vita how about just spending $40 for a new one?
I would argue very little focus has been on the Vita from SCEE and hardly any from SCEA. However, SCEJA has been absolutely killing it in terms of new and exciting content. Think about it people, what AAA games do we know of after Tearaway... very few. Indie games simply are not going to cut i...
@tiffac008
Yeah I hope we get to see God Eaters 2 at the minimum and if we'll finally get some news on FFX and FFX-2 details for the Vita.
I thought the 3rd one was great until the end where it just fell apart
Amazing how there are quality games coming out for the Vita in Japan but neither SCEE or SCEA want to devote 1st party resources to it. I understand consoles are what sell in the West but come on, 70 million is a big number for PSP sales.
No I don't think people buy hardware to buy more hardware... you buy hardware to buy software. The Vita cannot be considered an accessory for the PS4... it costs $199. It needs its own AAA content.
Agree about the games not the PS4
He's a moron who only looks at the brand and not the reality of the situation that AAA software is what gets people to pick up and play their system.
"Anyone who buys a Vita now couldn't possibly catch up with the huge library of games available, regardless of what the media want people to think. "
Already played through all the games I want to play and I'm just waiting for more. I'll also drop you a hint, I think myself and lots of other Vita owners don't care for indie titles either.
"What it needs is for articles to stop promoting the idea the Vita has no games. All that...

It's hilarious because none of you could name any, yet you call me a hater? I LOOK AT REALITY! Do you?
How about in the West...... oh wait
