Well Japan has had a price drop.... America and Europe have not..... not much more to this
Well said, my thoughts exactly
They need to catch up to Microsoft and Sony in their ability to make new AAA IPs, their online service and their ability to just make games in HD.
Miyamoto said it takes twice as many people to make an HD game. Really? because generally when you make more detailed textures and model IT WILL TAKE MORE TIME.
New IPs help the longevity of a system. For example the PlayStation 3 which is still doing well after 7 years. Can't say the same for the Wii.
Nintendo just has a lot of catching up to do
So maybe there will be a Vita section
Hopefully this will be a sign of things to come
Vita games..... that is all.
Well those are for sales, but as someone who owns a Vita, I have only one thing on my mind: games and none of this indie crap. Indie games add a little content to the console but they will never and i mean NEVER keep you on the system.
They could be creative! You ever heard of Media Molecule, they might be making a game for the Vita.
Sony could make interesting side stories to games they already have. They could focus on what happened to Joel before he met Ellie. Another option is that they make another infamous game for the Vita based on another character. One game I would love to see on the Vita is Destroy All Humans. I think that game would be sick on the Vita.
As for new IPs, hopefull...
We need software.........
It is a joke to believe that it will save the PSV and if they honestly believe it will, they should get an IQ test to make sure their score is positive.
Right on! It also doesn't seem like there is a gas station in sight. Who knows, maybe after Gamescom we'll find one, but it doesn't seem that way at the moment.
@TomeShoe
I hope you can do basic math. The Xbox 360 is cheaper than the Vita and has much better games. As for the Xbox One they aren't given a choice. "Nice try though"
You can't be serious... why would people shell out another $100 for what would be a PS4 accessory? Just give the Vita software!
But that doesn't solve the biggest problem for the Vita going into the future, upcoming AAA games.
Wouldn't get your hopes up. Why announce Western games at Tokyo Game Show? They simply won't. I do believe they'll announce more games for the Vita at the Tokyo Game Show but I don't think they'll all release in the west.
I wouldn't be surprised if we got a price drop or something for the Vita at Gamescom though. At least, I hope we do.
Well why don't you point out some games that will be coming out for the Vita past November that are not a PS4 game. It's ironic that you are actively against ports for the Vita yet you are fine with playing PS4 games on it. Contradiction much?
You gotta be kidding me Sony. You have very few if any AAA titles for the Vita past November and you still won't make a deal to bring a huge franchise to your struggling system. What a joke. If the software attachment rate is 10 to 1 then WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR!!
Wrong. Half of those were indie games some of which had already come out. OF THE GAMES THERE, Only 2 were AAA titles. THAT IS A FUCKING JOKE. BESIDES Tearaway and Killzone is there ANYTHING, ANYTHING coming to the system that you're excited about! ANYTHING AT ALL!
It's interesting how SCEJ is keeping the Vita up in Japan while SCEA doesn't seem to care about it at all. Maybe this just has to do with demographics and varying sales numbers. Regardless, SCEA should still do more to support the Vita.
