I need buttons, precision accuracy and devices that support core games for my 360's. I'm just not a fan of casual games that are simplistic in design. I have tried them before and the novelty wears off way too fast for me personally. Lean left, lean right, jump, duck, swing arm, swing other arm, duck, rinse and repeat, that just doesn't do it for me.
I wish there was a way you had to link you PSN, XBL or Wii account to N4G. That way there would be no multiple accounts and at least you know you are talking to people that actually own gaming consoles and not just some kids or loser adults that are here to troll. Trolling being their source of entertainment and not actually being gamers.
It has been documented time and time again that they were working on wand motion technology long before the Wii launched and it's not like Sony invented motion controls either.

Nintendos online is the last reason I haven't powered my Wii in 2010. It's the 480p last gen visuals, analog sound, and only a handful of games worth playing that is why mine is sits on a shelf alone.

Did you miss the ad campaign for Kinect? You are the controller. Doesn't adding a navigation device or controller defeat the whole point of Kinect?

As a 360 gamer myself I cant help but feel deja vu with Nintendo and the Wii. You know the part where Nintendo said we wont and didn't forget about our core fans. I mean we have Mario Galaxy coming out this year.

Personally I have a friend that has the vision racer and I don't like it even a little bit. There is no adjustments other than a slider to move you seat back and forth and having to wrap your legs around an obstruction at that price is huge let down. There is no adjustability for your wheel height or angle. The wheel stand and shifter mount has flex.
You can pick up a playseat for a quarter of the cost of the VR3 and it's a lot more versa...
You just said yourself a few minutes ago under this very article that the guy had to move Kinect to a different height / position because of his size. So does this mean that every person has to put the device at a different position for their height, weight and distance from the camera?
I watched this video and all I saw was a cumbersome device with "some" potential but all which can be done much faster and easier with a "controller".

I am getting Black Ops but if it is like MW2 I will quickly go back to BFBC2. I am hoping it's not but I'm not holding my breath.
I look forward to hearing opinions from people like yourself that are actually getting Kinect. This type of device doesn't appeal to me personally but I don't fault those that it does. If it worked with core games I most likely would pick one up. I don't see that happening with Kinect ever. At least not complex games.
