What I found even more amusing, maybe even ironic ,is NBA Elite and their bitching about MOH reviews. Maybe if they put more effort into their own titles they wouldn't lack polish or end up being canceled altogether. Tongue in cheek or not EA, you really should look in the mirror before poking fun at others.
Gaming 'fans' don't cry. They might bitch about some about delays, bugs, glitches, modes, options and features (or lack there of), but they don't cry. <- This is only human nature. We almost always want more and hope for the best games we can spend our cash on. Nobody wants a game that lacks polish or options and features just to make a deadline.
"Fanboys" IMHO are people that hang on gaming sites and forums 95% of the time and game (maybe) 5% of ...
All I could picture was Kevin Butler (with his chest out and standing proud while doing his E3 speech) while I was reading your post.
I bought Forza 3 and I am very excited for GT5.
If anything, Forza 3 made me even more excited for GT5. I am still playing Forza 3 and all the while I am thinking about GT5. It's like having sex with a one women while thinking about another to get you there. If you know what I mean.
This one is naughty
More time for other games while waiting.
Gamers don't cancel pre-orders. They just find other games to keep them busy while waiting. This time of the year there is definitely no shortage in games to play.
This delay only increases my anticipation for the game. I have plenty of games to keep me busy until GT5 hits.
People talking nonsense about cancelling pre-orders don't have it pre-ordered to begin with. They are just trying to fan flames.
Most of the people whining have no interest in GT5.
Fishy caught him with the uppercut right to the chin! BAAAM!
Trust me dark, Polyphony digital would be thrilled to have GT5 to half of Mario Kart numbers. Any developer would!
I didn't have any problems finishing this game. I missed a couple grapples or jumps and fell to my doom. The game is challenging but not that hard. Just don't flail away at the buttons and think you will walk through this game. Learn when to block and evade. I pattern fought most bosses and I didn't have to restart too many times from combat.
I love this game. I am playing it now on Paladin.
You bought a Bose and you're giving "sound" advice? Are you using Monster cables with that Bose system? ;)
Bose are so over priced. You can get so much more bang for buck with other products.
Sound bars are cool for people that don't want a receiver, wires all over the place and or have room for 5 to 7 speakers and a sub or two.
Personally I would look into other soundbar options. You can probably pick up one online of better quality for just a bit more money. Sony makes great display, dvd, BluRay etc players but I would personally go in a different direction for speakers.
You're not going to get your floor to shake for a $150 unless you are playing games in a phone booth or purchase a buttkicker gamer and attach it to the chair you're sitting on. But then you would only have tv sound to go with that buttkicker.
Personally. I would purchase a decent pair of headphones and a tactile transducer (Aura) if I wanted or had to go cheap. Thankfully I don't have to go cheap and I truly have sound systems and subs that can crack foundation...

GT5 has them really nervous.
They know it's going to move a ton of consoles and have blockbuster sales totals (you know, what they care about most).
I waited this long. A couple more weeks isn't going to kill me. This game will have the longest legs of any title released this generation on the PS3. Just gives me more time to tweak my racing rig.
that's embarrassing. The one guy walks away frustrated and the girl jumps in and she still couldn't get the game to respond to her. Who cares how this device sells if this is what you are getting for your money?
This is just another over priced accessory from MS. The sad part about this one is it doesn't work. There are going to be a lot of upset new consumers come Christmas morning when device is a nightmare to calibrate and ends up not working because of it...
3D is amazing for gaming whether it's 480p or 2160p.
It adds depth and immersion like nothing else I have ever tried before while gaming.
BTW "some" 3D displays are under $1000.
A good LED cost roughly the same as one with 3D.
The only additional cost is if you need more than a couple pairs of glasses since most packages offer a pair of them with the 3D displays.
Single player.
Of course trolls don't care about bubbles. They will just make, or already have, several accounts. "Gamers" would prefer to keep their voice and it's sad they lose bubbles giving honest comments to "those" people and sites.
I said they "might" bitch.
