I will be playing this game all day today. This game has been one of the biggest surprise hits in ages. I can't believe how Naughty Dog has raised their game this generation.

Vita = First handheld I will ever own and I'm actually excited for it to be released. For me that's huge because I have never been a fan of handhelds but this device is has special and absolutely must have written all over it.
Most reviewers do play games on easy. IGN and a few other sites have already admitted that in the past. I play nearly every game I purchase on hard right out of the gate. That's just how the hardcore roll.
You know how it goes aznrunner. You just gotta keep throwing that bait in the water because you never know what's biting.

PC best graphics
360 & PS3 nearly identical in every aspect with just a few ever so slight discernible differences that you have to squint to see when running side by side or have specialized video equipment to measure but wouldn't notice with the naked eye.

I dont get why moderators don't just perma ban trolls like brightfalls to stop ruining articles. I guess they like the non stop policing of their site. If it was me I would ban trolls instantly without cause.

No but that trolling AV Club was up on Metacritic in minutes and it wasn't even a review. Just a couple ranting paragraphs to entice foot traffic to their site. I have seen over 30 perfect scores and only half of them are on metacritic and most of them better written than that trash from AV Club.
Any other time I would've ordered from newegg ASAP. I get most of my shipments from them in 24 to 48 hours tops but I took advantage of the Target 3 for 2 deal. Picked up UC3, BF3 and Batman AC for $119.99. That's $40 per title. Couldn't pass that deal up.

I was thinking of picking up Uncharted 3, Batman AC and BF3 at Target today for $120. That is $40 per game if you break it down. 33% off. That's an equally great deal.
In the U.S. right now Target is having a 3 for 2 deal and Best Buy is offering the PS3 320gig bundle that includes Uncharted 1, 2 and 3 for $299.99.
That "+" at the top of the articles hold no weight with N4G owners and moderators. If it did sites like VGChartz would've been filtered long ago. Do you know how many N4G members claimed they were hitting that "+" yet their articles still remain.
If anything N4G uses that to further fuel this site. This "review" from AVClub isn't even a review. It's just a couple of random paragraphs yet it's not only allowed here but factored int...
The saddest part is people always use metacritic as a point of reference yet they cherry pick what reviews they allow into their average. Meta couldn't add this horrid review fast enough to UC3 overall score. There have been dozen of better written reviews than this garbage and meta turns a blind eye to those sources.
Metacritic is worse than this trash review. I am calling it a trash review because it has next to no substance, non informative and read like a fanboy rant ...

Just asking because I feel, at least from the first couple weeks I played it, haven't played it since Forza 4 was released, that Gears 3 needs balancing tweaks and refinements.

Honest question. You have already made it clear you havent played Forza 4 so why must you respond on articles pertaining to a game you have no interest in other than trolling?
Jonny is clearly trolling and hasn't played Forza 4.
Else he would know that Turn 10 gives you the option of turning rewind off under driving difficulty and rewards you for doing so with increased earnings for every event.
People really need to read the article before posting. Im not saying everyone is doing that but a fair amount are. Are you just pounding away on your keyboard to see your name up on N4G?
If you read the article I don't know how anyone can deny the point Jaffe is making. Judge the game for what it is and not what the reviewer wants it to be. That has been one of my biggest gripes with reviewers since way back during the magazine era all the way up to the blogosphere gaming...

The single player portion has characters with no personality, QTE that is annoying and talking sequences you have to wait to end until you get back to the action. Now that wouldn't have been so bad if they had actors above bad porn acting capabilities.
The pacing of the SP was okay but the entire story, plot and presentation, came off as a walking cliche that's been done to death a hundred times over.
