none of my friends (of maybe 20 or so) have ps2, and none of them have complained about theirs breaking. though a few have to turn their ps2 upsided down to play games...
i do have friends that 360s have broke on them though..
btw, i am also on my first ps2, which i've had since launch and played dvds on, and have done all nighters on multiple times...
movie blows. fight scenes suck too. only good things: sarah carter (helena) and the girl who plays Christie...
watched it when someone posted it online during the winter.. it sucked
32 vs 32 would be crazy in that game.. literally squadrons of fighters going up against each other... i'm so pissed i didn't get selected for beta. and from what i've seen, the game looks amazing already and if it does look better (a dev playing and talking seems kinda sketchy to me) i'll be very impressed, especially with that amount of stuff going on
be insecure with yourself.. its alright :-)
but yeah, this is great. i've been waiting for this to happen for a while. cause most times, unless the movie is really really good, i won't watch it again for a while. so a rental is ideal for me.
i should get a 8600gt in my macbook pro for college...
i'm an nvidia fan. i've always liked their products and services more than ATI's. for instance: SLI > Crossfire
VI (or III) should be #1. VII should be 2 and X should be 3... lets see how close i am..
EDIT: pretty close.... i'm incredibly happy that VI was #1, just because it was by far the best experience in the whole series. forgot about XII all together.. haha
but over all, great list
digital distribution will not be favorable for another 10 - 15 years.
connections are too slow to dl HD content, plus storage facilities are also too little.
i actually enjoy back stories of games. it gives greater insight and makes the playthrough more understandable
the transformation you've gone through in the past month or so is wonderful.. stay this way :D notice your bubble count from 1 to 6 now.. haha
i agree that if they don't bring NG2 to ps3 and sigma sells well, they'll be alienating much of their fanbase. however, a new ip wouldn't hurt either
i don't live in japan. so i don't care.
cause history has proven that it takes a while to adapt to new tech. check out AMD's first gen dual core processors. everyone was like, "OMG! dual core!! it won't be supported in our generation!" and now look at it. you'll be hard pressed to find a retail comp that isn't dual core. heck, you're probably on a dual core comp right now, reading my comment and thinking to yourself, "oh my lord, he's right" but its okay. you can deny the truth and the inevitable course h...
signed up, holding hopes, but somehow i don't think it'll go through.. hah
because it clearly says that if development starts on ps3, the man hours and costs are comparable to previous generations and consoles.
first off, thammer:
i'd rather be using unproven NEW tech than rehashed old tech. where do you think computing is going? you've heard of intel's quadcore and 8 core stuff? (i think i read about 8 core somewhere, correct me if i'm wrong) multi-threaded processing is the future. if you stick with the past, you'll get stagnation of technology. kind like how AGP still had miles of bandwidth left in it, but it was phased out in favor of a newer, better, faster, and more versat...
24hz has been there since 1.8 with an "automatic" option
mm... audi
i'm kind of torn betweeing getting this game or rainbow six... time to get a job i think :D
the point of the game is to give teenagers a taste of what its actually like in the military... why would exporting it to any other country make any sense?
is a ugly POS... so the only difference is upped clockspeeds? rivatuner ftw then... (though it might not be the best idea to do in a notebook.. haha)
e3's only 20 days away? time flies...
mm, can't wait for it
