I tried the demo, I love the over the top dunks, definitely worth a rental:)
They need to give ps3 people a reason to buy a game that's already been out for a year.

they voted the same way pretty much everything else I've seen has said.
The 360 is a great investment right now, especially with the killer titles coming this year. and the ps3 may be worth it on 2007-08 when more titles arrive, and devs are able to push more out of it.
However, Sony better get off their butts and get their online act together though, if that doesn't change, quickly, I shudder at their chances at making it to a ps4.
most people want to be honest, but will not be ripped off. sure there are some that want everything free, and they will get it. there is absolutely no way for the stop it, no matter what is done, it will be hacked/cracked etc..
If you make a good product at a good price, the bulk of the people will buy it. CD's are a prime example, having to shell out 15-20$ for a whole CD with 1-3 good songs, was a complete ripoff, and thus came mp3's, a lot of people grabbed them for free ca...
I was interested in this game till I played an in store demo of it. good game, but nothing that blew my mind.
it may have nothing to do with the launch, but certainly looks bad.

and I feel sorry for people who think 4$ a month is too much money to pay for a service.
one title can have a HUGE effect. remember what grand theft auto did for the ps2?
and they are not focusing on one title, of course they are going to hype it up as it will be a BIG seller. but they are hyping up plenty of other titles as well as what xbox live can do just as much.

I had it pre-ordered before it even had halo3 beta, and the demo made me glad with my decision. I also know quite a few people who had no interest in the game until the demo came out, and they are planning on buying it now too. The halo 3 beta is just the icing on the cake. It is just a fun game, and judging by the reviews it's getting, most others think the same.
I gave the first one a good try, but it is just terrible.
I could have just made a machine that repeatedly hit the attack button, and saved some wear and tear on my thumb.
nice that they caught it and fixed it before it was released, and then people started complaining.
once again the magazine is quoting the same damn thing that has been proven wrong time and time again from like 2005.
it is exclusive for now so can we please not have this same thing up again and again until they actually come out and say that it will be on the ps3?

He is a bit of an xbox nut, but there is a lot of truth in what he is saying, sony has dissapointed thus far. they may do better, and I hope they do, as MS unchallenged in next gen would be just bad, and gamers would definitel...
