since when is 1080i and 720p not HD?
and since most games these days seem to running at less than 720P (halo3, COD4, GTAIV on the ps3) and countless others, does it matter?

Although the same could be said if you go to almost any internet forums, especially ones populated by folks from the southern US(sorry guys, not generalizing, I know quite a few great people there, but even they acknowledge the seriousness of the racism problems where they live).
I have run into quite a few morons/bigots/racists etc... especially when I played halo 3.

the only thing that had me really looking forward to this was 4 player co-op.
it's off my buy list to a rentaland even then I may not bother.
this is just the MS published games, there are certainly other one's coming. just not published by MS.
the wii is really competition for the 360/ps3. they go after different markets.
360/ps3 is for the casual -> hardcore market, the wii is the the casual -> retarded/old people market who get confused by too many buttons.
sure there are some crossovers, but generally I think the wii is a different machine for different uses, not really a console, and certainly not next gen, as it's graphical and computing abilities are far behind that of the next gen consoles...
I want to see some gameplay footage before i'll pass judgement...
and bear in mind this game still has months to go before release, so I expect some touch up here and there.

I mean the original xbox sold approx 30 million, if the 360 sells 40-50 million in the same amount of time, even though the ps3 and wii may have sold more, would that realy indicate a failure?
to me as a business increasing my customer base by 60-70% while remaining profitable sounds good to me:)
