This is not as big an issue to me. I've got plenty of single player games to play. :) InFamous, Uncharted 2, Gran Turismo 5, Battlefield BC2, etc. etc.
Maybe they'll do the right thing and announce dlc map packs will cost $5 instead of $15. $15 is ridiculous for 5 maps! Or, better yet, maybe they'll put these maps ON THE DISC, instead of making us pay extra for them!!
And if it's a new game, it had better have a new game engine. The graphics are SO dated! I mean, come on. Use all that money you're making, Activision, and get that graphics engine up to date with games like Battlefield BC2 and Killzone ...
I haven't seen Battle LA yet. I liked Skyline though, myself. I'll be picking up Battle LA on BR when it drops.
Yeah, Activision could learn alot from these guys. Support your game for a few years, and do NOT release games yearly!! Yearly releases like CoD is milking to the highest degree!
Cross Platform play between PS3 and PSP2 is possible. The power is there. It's up to EA to make it happen. Please, EA. :)
Exactly. CoD4 is the only one that matters to me. After that, they started going downhill. To further my point, I've bought them all since CoD4 (except World at War) and have sold them all EXCEPT CoD4. I've still got CoD4 and still play it from time to time. The balance was great, the maps were great, and its noob-friendliness factor was a bare minimum, unlike the following CoD games.
I'm sure the free PS+ month will begin as soon as PSN is back up and running in your region.
Yeah, it sucks you've got to sometimes buy more points than you need. MS should allow you to buy EXACTLY the amount you need to have enough, instead of forcing you to keep buying more than you need. I think they should just adopt a dollar for dollar system, like the PSN Store, which has real money instead of a cumbersome points system.

Wow, this is like on the District 9 Bluray where we got a God of War 3 demo. It's good to see movie studios utilizing all that bluray space that would've otherwise been wasted. Thank you Sony for giving us future-proof technology when you release YOUR consoles.

It's possible since they're a lot closer now, with Portal 2 being released with Steamworks support and Cross Platform play between PC and PS3.

Yeah, I only kept Black Ops for like a week and then it got traded in for a quality game. The game looked graphically worse than MW2, and the running felt sluggish for some reason to me. I'm done, DONE, with Call of Duty for at least the next 5 years. Maybe in a few years, they'll do something worthy of my hard-earned money.
Yeah, I'm hoping the ones responsible are given a sentence in federal prison of no less than 20 years. That will discourage others from hacking PSN or XBL in the future.

Sony will probably end up coming out great after giving out this free month of PS+. Out of the 40-50 million PSN users, if only a few million of them decide to buy a subscription to PS+ after trying it out, then Sony will be gaining quite a lot.
Looks pretty good. I'm glad Sony is giving everyone a free month of PlayStation Plus. I'm sure many people will go ahead and buy a subscription once they see what all it has to offer us gamers.
The Cloud Storage option is awesome! The discounts and free games are very welcome as well. I'm loving playing Sonic 1 and Sonic 2 (from the Genesis) that I received for FREE from PS+.
