Yeah, that controller looks cool, but it has to be expensive unless that screen is super low res.
Well, since they were giving it a perfect score, it doesn't make that much of a difference. Either way, I'm one of those people who believe NO game deserves a perfect score. Maybe a 95/100, but a perfect score is almost unattainable. Either way, I'm ready to play this game!!
This game is gonna be awesome! I loved InFamous 1. And I'm about to get a free copy of InFamous 1 when the PS Store gets back up. It would be pretty cool to get a free TV, though the odds are low. lol

Yeah, sadly, I think that might be true. I think they should have kept it 6 discs, so that no content was cut. Basically, it sounds like the game originally filled the entire bluray disc, which would equal around 5-6 DVD's. Then, it went multiplat, and they didn't want to have to pay the fees for the extra DVDs on the 360 version, so they cut content, which will later be given as dlc. It sucks.
Yeah, multiplayer is not needed for a game to be great. Just look at MGS4 or Heavy Rain, etc. Good games without multiplayer.

Yeah, man. I just loved FF 8. Most people will say 7 was the best, but I think 8 was better. The story was better. The characters were awesome! The GFs were cool. I loved how on Eden you could boost by hitting square really fast. Also, the junction system was better in my opinion than the one on FF 7. I loved the whole Squall and Rinoa love story. I remember I was like 7 then and I had a crush on Rinoa. Kinda weird, but I was only 7, so yeah. haha
HD remake of Final Fantasy 7, 8, and 9 in HD on one bluray disk, please! :) I loved FF 8 back on the PS1. Best story ever, imo. I loved the characters and the love story.
Plus, back then there were towns, and sides missions, shops, airships, a world map, etc.
I seriously hope FF Versus 13 comes out and redeems the FF series' reputation.

Well you've got to remember that they'll be monitoring their network like a HAWK for the next couple months and thereafter for ANY suspicious activity and will likely be able to detect the hackers before they're able to do any damage this time.
I hope those responsible for this attack are brought to justice so hackers everywhere will think twice before messing with PSN or XBL again.
It's STILL only one game, though. For me, I like having just one scratch-resistant disc and not have to swap. ahh, I have fond memories of the ancient technique of disc-swapping from back in the PS1 days when I used to play Final Fantasy 8.
It would be awesome if they gave you a digital copy of ME3 (for use with the NGP) with the PS3 version so you could take your game on the road with you after playing on the PS3 version. That would be sick!
With cloud game saves and 3G capability in the PSP2, it could happen.
I wish these companies would PONDER putting the content on the disc instead of leaving it off for dlc. Oh sure, they'll say they made it AFTER the game was made, but I guarantee most of the time the content was simply left off so they could make some more money later as dlc. DLC is a plague this generation. In some games, I can moreso understand it, like music games like Rock Band, because they obviously can't put thousands of songs on one disc, but in most games I believe dlc sho...
The funny thing is that had MS went with a BR drive or an HD-DVD drive in the first place, none of this crap would've had to happen. Games like FF13 wouldn't have had to have content cut to fit on an outdated disc medium. Either way, I guess it's good they're coming out with a better disc format. Better late than never, I suppose.
