It would certainly change the landscape for PC gaming that's for sure. Wonder how publishers/developers would feel about this though. Would they get a percentage cut of the sales or nothing at all like used game sales?
@isarai
Fair point, the licensing has always been confusing for Spiderman so I guess I can't argue with that.
wtf are you talking about? you got it backwards bro
This is one of many examples of why I don't rely on journalist reviews anymore. They're too biased and always put in their own political views on it.
TBD: Early 2022
Not a big deal. The single-player is the main reason to buy this game anyways. Not every game needs multiplayer.
Good to hear it runs great.
I'm looking forward to playing this later today. Basically I am expecting Anime Souls, though maybe not on the same quality level as Fromsoftware. I think if you go in with that sort of expectation, you will get enjoyment out of this. I love the style they went with.
6 isn't bad by any means. It's still above average.
You really think Call of Duty Modern Warfare will be dead in a few months? Have you seen how many copies of Call of Duty continue to sell today? I think it will be fine, it's not going anywhere no matter how bad things get. There will be fools that continue to support them.
I don't want to be that guy, but you gotta keep in mind Gears 5 is 60 fps while this will most likely be 30 fps. They are both technically amazing games though.
Seriously, this looks really f**king good. Cannot wait to get this in my hands. Glad to finally seen Joel, he has certainly aged a bit. Looks like we got the basic premise of what to expect (which I kinda figured it was gonna be about revenge).
I preorder a game when I know I will like it.
I feel bad for people who funded this game.
Just.........why was this approved? I don't care if it's male, female or something else that doesn't have a gender. Just make good characters playable.
Let me ask you this, would all these developers and publishers went exclusive to the EGS without the money they get up front for exclusivity? Not one company has done so out of their choice without taking a fat check from them. Face it, the real reason they are going to the EGS is so they can get a huge payday in one go by making a deal. The better revenue is just a small bonus to them. It's all PR bud.
Screw them and the publisher.
They games' value has dropped, hence why they are easily given away for free. The games has been out for years and most of them can be purchased for $5. If it was a brand new release, then it be different.
Would not surprise me one bit. A shame too because I really want another Batman game but may have to end up waiting due to Epic's bribe for developers/publishers.
Whoa....lots of people stepping down lately. Should we be worried?
