I'm simply going to buy it for dirt cheap on something like G2A.
Gears of War 2 was amazing. I have so many found memories of that game ranging from the campaign, to multiplayer and horde mode.
Another one of my favorite sequels is the Resident Evil 2 REmake, though it's hard to say if it's still technically a sequel at this point or not since it's very much a different game compared to the original.
Also can't forget to include Left 4 Dead 2, that game is always fun to go back to here and there with ...
So basically they're censoring it. Glad I won't be getting this until next year.
That's my biggest hopes for next-gen consoles. Give us the option to play at 4K/30 fps or 1080p/60fps. I much would rather play games at 60 fps, 1080p.
Why are people so sensitive over the stupidest sh*t these days?
I never got to play the Resistance series so I be completely down for that.
I got a question for the community here, do you think a Resistance game could be good if it were 3rd person rather than 1st person? What if it were in the style of something like an over-the-shoulder similar to something like Resident Evil 2, The Evil Within 2, or the newly release Remnant: From the Ashes?
Or do you think part of its charm is the fact that it's a first-person ...
I feel like Resident Evil 2 Remake did just that. Same with the Ratchet & Clank PS4, Shadow of the Colossus, Crash Bandicoot N'Sane Trilogy, Spyro Reignited Trilogy.
So no, Final Fantasy VII Remake is not setting the standard for remakes when it's been done already.
Certainly has alot of flashiness going for it. Combat looks pretty solid overall. They need to improve the framerate though, it was easily hitting low 20s at times throughout the video. I guess my biggest question (and concern) is how will the game play out as a live-service game. How will the co-op work?
Hell yeah it looks great. Looks extremely smooth. Though I feel like the music was out of place. Still hyped for it, got it pre-ordered baby!
Ehhhh.......I am not gonna lie, that gameplay was pretty boring. I'm starting to get flashbacks from RDR2 where it's more like a simulator then a game. Technically was amazing, but the gameplay suffered and its not something I would revisit.
I really wish they would show more gameplay, but I'm starting to wonder if there's not much to show to begin with other than cutscenes and exploring a barren world. I was not impressed with what they showed off here. Now...
I always been worried with anything EA has their hands on.
Took them long enough. Congrats to Sony and Insomniac. Welcome to the Playstation family. Can't wait for Spiderman 2 and I hope we can sequel to Ratchet & Clank reboot. That game was incredible.
So they're basically pulling what Epic Games has been doing. Already lost interest....oh wait I was never interested in Stadia to begin with.
Horde mode has always been my favorite mode in the Gears franchise. Thank god it seems like they aren't bringing back those boring robots from Gears of War 4. These enemies seem way more interesting to fight. Very excited for it next month.
And here Epic is saying they are for the developers/publishers. The fact they won't allow non-exclusive games is really crappy of them. They are only out for themselves to promote their store and could care less about others and a healthy industry.
I'm going to buy DARQ to support the developers for standing up to Epic and their greedy manipulative practices. They deserve a good pat on the back.
I'm surprised Bioware even still exists right now. Things have been on a downward spiral for them for years now.
That is what people said with the WiiU, yet it never came to be.
Why not focus on their next game instead? Use the time and resources on the next game instead of dlc.
EA might as well shut down Bioware at this point. There's nothing redeeming about the studio anymore. All the long-term employees who understood what they were doing have left.
They blew it when they went exclusive with Epic Games after kickstarting their project. I don't care what happens to this series.
