Good to hear that games like Code Vein as well as Dark Souls continues to sell well outside of Japan. They're great games.
Good, that's how it should be. Enough of this 3rd party exclusivity crap on PC.
Glad that Capcom seems to have a resurgence in the past few years, they're on a roll and I hope they continue to stay on that path.
I hope they could consider making a true sequel to Okami for home consoles and PC. I love that game so much and I can only imagine how it would look today with higher framerate and the gorgeous art style.
I hope that this franchise takes off and Fallout starts bombing.
Never seen so many IGN reviews for one game on this site before.
This could be a pretty massive thing if done right. Meanwhile the Epic Games Store is still in the early 2000s.
People are entitled to their own opinions. Just because you don't like something means they can't like it either. If we did, then all the games we get would be the boring same sh*t. I never played any games by Hideo Kojima before, but I can't deny that his artistic view and approach on the world, lore, setting and characters are very interesting especially compared to alot of games today that are bland and lack passion.
I pretty much given up on it at this point. I'm more interested in the development history rather than the game itself. I'm really curious as to why the game is in such development hell.
4K isn't fully feasible for pc gaming yet. While it is nice to have 4K resolution, the framerate usually goes to absolute crap. I rather have 1440p with high framerate, hell even 1080p over 4K. I will always prefer higher framerate over resolution (minimum resolution must be 1080p however). Framerate makes such a huge difference compared to resolution.
The hardware just isn't there yet for 4K 60fps especially with newer games. They can barely hold 30 fps let alone r...
Money talks and bullsh*t walks. That's how society works today sadly.
What? I don't even know how to respond to this article. It's pointless.
Online DRM, I'm sure alot of people will sit well with this one.
What kind of piss poor written article is this? It hardly had any interesting arguments and instead relied on remaking Demon Souls (which is rumored that Bluepoint Studios is remaking) and future projects (which they are doing with Elden Ring).
There was zero effort into making a reason why Bloodborne II shouldn't happen. There's plenty of reasons why it SHOULD happen though, as I can list 10 reasons immediately off my head but I won't waste my time if this art...
I think big gaming sites like IGN, Polygon, Gamepot, etc. needs to have multiple people review the games so that way it's not just one person's opinion. The current problem is that it gives the illusion whoever scores that said game reflects the company as a whole, when in reality it's just one person's opinion and not multiple people.
Besides, I don't really care for critic reviews these days and what they score. I'll still read/watch their video, ...
Having read this full review, I can see myself possibly feeling the same way regarding the inventory management and traversing everywhere while trying to balance yourself so you don't fall over. That's something I can see myself getting annoyed with very quickly. Thankfully there seems to be an auto sorting so it may not cause too many problems. However one of the journey for the reviewer took 51 minutes? That is a bit too much when you are literally just traveling from point A to poi...
Unfortunately it wouldn't surprise me.
I think so, they are no longer kings of RPGs just like Bioware. They need to stop releasing their games buggy and broken.
I have to agree on that. It wouldn't surprise me if Bioware was unaware of working on DA4 until the teaser was revealed.
Omg stop teasing me!!!!! I can't contain my excitement!!!!
Indeed, its a pretty bold and clever move. It works perfectly.
