Either it's to rework a plan on how to monetize the game with MT or it's to release closer to next-gen consoles.
Sad days, but delays are inevitable. Long as its for the better quality of the game then I don't mind.
Oh how the mighty has fallen. This is pathetic and they should be ashamed of themselves. Back at e3 I thought they were owning up to their mistakes with Fallout 76 and aimed to fix them, making it a better overall game. But no, instead they add a $100 subscription fee. Shows what their priority really is with the game.
I honestly find myself caring less and less about what review sites give for game reviews. They're so biased nowadays I don't even take their reviews into consideration anymore. If it's something I think I will enjoy, I usually look for user reviews or less known people like ACG or something. He seems alot more reliable plus I really like his review system instead of a stupid scoring system.
I'm expecting it to be $499.99 USD. I think that will be a fair price for what we are getting with the PS5, especially since it's backwards compatible.
Side Note: people are willing to spend $900 on phones and usually a new version comes out every year, so I don't see why $499.99 would be such a big deal for people. We won't have to get another playstation console for at least 5 years after that.
The last EA game I purchased was Battlefield 1, and before that was.......man probably something from last gen but I can't remember honestly. I don't find their games all that great especially since it always has a crap ton of controversy behind them. I don't see EA games coming back to Steam, so most likely this is some integration similar to what GOG Galaxy is doing.
Much as I hate to say it, but it would make more sense for EA to have their games on the EGS ...
The damage is already done. No amount of making things right will do any good for them.
It has potential to be fun, but it clearly needs alot of polishing in the gameplay department. Things get cluttered too often and the camera can get really bad at times.
Idk why but I found myself laughing so hard from this comment.
While I will admit the gameplay is almost straight out of cuphead, this isn't something that can be easily replicated. Clearly these developers love cuphead and wanted to try making theeir own game with inspiration from cuphead. I don't see the problem with it and why it warrens controversy.
You mean a series that Nintendo doesn't care to make games from anymore and that the last entry was all the way back in 2004?
When did I say that?
Pffffff, I will believe it when I see it. Even then, I rather have my consoles and PC over anyday compared to google stadia.
Jesus, they seriously need to do something about the file sizes for these games. I hope that's something they improve when next gen consoles launches. This is getting ridiculous.
I'm fine with this delay. Wasn't planning on picking it up in November anyways due to the holidays and black friday so this gives me the chance to save up money and buy it later in March. I do hope this means they will polish the game even further.
Let's just pray that they don't put some sort of microtransaction system in this.
LOL. Good. I want to see him trying to defend this. Thank you for telling me, you just made my night XD
Yet somehow Epic is making it sound like Valve are the bad guys here when almost everywhere else it's a similar standard for the revenue cut.
I found the first game extremely repetitive, more so then Wildlands. In the Division, most of the areas all looked the same in a boring snowy city with a few underground tunnels, story being utterly uninteresting where I skipped most of the dialogue and the human enemies able to tank hundreds of bullets to the head and body ruined the immersion for me. If it were crazy monsters or bandits like Borderlands than I be fine with it, but with normal humans able to withstand endless bullets when yo...
