Disney Infinity was a fun game I could play with my kid back in the day. I still have it and the 100+ toys and yes, it works on PS5. But my kid is a teenager now and we've both moved on to more serious games.
That's cool. I didn't need this in the same release window as Gotham Knights. 2023 is fine.
I guess it depends on how fast they want to make their money back. Once this deal goes through, for the next 5 years, I see Xbox getting each year's COD and it's DLC at least a week, maybe even a month before PlayStation. After 5 years, likely with a lot of COD players at that point playing on Xbox, I can see it becoming an Xbox exclusive.
They're not just going to rip the band-aid off. There is going to be a transitional faze.
The Ultimate Edition came out when Miles Morales first released. They're just trying to capitalize on the Spider-Man NWH interest like Fortnite and the Avengers game has.
You're just the kind of gullible fool they're hoping for.
I'm really hoping this is worth getting. Uncharted 4 is one of my favorite games and I would happily play through it again for a 4th time, but I need a reasonable price and reason to upgrade. At full price, I might wait awhile.. I don't feel it needs to be a day-1 purchase.
Make GTA VI amazing.
It's really that simple. Even if it takes to them another 10 years and we complain and hate the whole time. We're fickle. Release GTA VI. If it's amazing all will be forgiven.
One cannot wrestle in AEW without either delivering or receiving a topé suicida every single match, as approved by Excalibur.
I don't have an Xbox, so I'll be sticking with Call Of Duty.. actually I'm more of a Battlefield player, so that's where I'll be.
I went digital a long time ago for multiple reasons. One, I had a kid.. and physical discs don't mix well with a kid's dirty little fingers. Two, I was in a bad habit of trading games to GameStop.. so going digital forced me to break that trend. Three, I'm a bit of a minimalist now. I don't like having a lot of stuff laying around.
Sure, I have a ton of games I no longer play in my digital library, but they're all in excellent condition, still mine, and out of s...
I got mine day-1 and have zero regrets. It's been a great console. I just wish it could more easily be gotten. The faster it gets into more homes the faster Sony can leave last-gen behind and truly begin utilizing the power of the PS5.
I started the campaign.. spent maybe 2 hours in it. Good so far. Will finish.
It feels like Lego Batman is part of GwG at least twice a year.
State Of Plays, in general, are not typically anything groundbreaking, but to the casual gamer, attaching a date and time makes it feel more like a must see event with raised expectations that are usually a letdown.
I'd much rather Sony just do a monthly video drop of what's coming to PS+ and recent and upcoming trailers instead of making an event out of it.
You can only play as Star-Lord, tho.. that would lower the score big-time for me. And no co-op. The rest of the Guardians are just there for support.
These articles can't seem to make up their mind. The good news is.. rather you have the old model or the new model, there is an article that'll make you feel better about having whichever model you have. And if you don't care, there is an article saying there is no difference, too. Everybody wins!
Like with everything, one group says one thing and another group disagrees.
Does it work? Does it play PS5 games just as good as the original? Does it have all the same features? Yea? I'll take 2.
So, they're taking the Fortnite approach.
IF a new game is in the works (I hope so), I don't care if Jaffe is part of it or not. There are a lot of talented game directors out there. Twisted Metal might be his baby, but Jaffe isn't a guarantee lock in developing the best version.
We played Lego Dimensions, too.. and I still have all those toys. It also works on PS5.
