I think it sells somewhere between 20-30 mil units
Are u serious? lol just stop with the falsehood, MS in no way has had more exclusives or even better rated exclusives than Sony. You argue that TLOU was the hottest game on PS4 till UC4, it's one of the greatest ever and imo is still far superior to many games this gen, that includes any MS exclusive. To see how innacurate your argument is all you gotta do is google a recent chart that shows how many PS4 exclusives have high metacritic ratings compared to MS and Nintendo this gen, it'...
Irrelevant as one crucial piece of info left out is that Nintendo currently does not have much 3rd party support. The PS4 and Xbox1 launched with new entries in established franchises like AC, BF, CoD, FIFA, and Madden on top of their exclusives. With the Switch we're basically getting Zelda and a bunch of other games ppl will grow tired of in a matter of weeks. Imo console launches always provide slim pickings but the Switch launch looks scarce compared to the PS4 and X1.
It depends on if Nintendo has anything to offer you that you can't get from your PS4 or Xbox. We already know the 3rd party support is lacking, but if they can stick to their guns and make the Switch an atrractive option to the portable gaming crowd it won't matter. Not too many people are going to be content with owning just a Switch so forget that, they're not converting too many gamers imo. But it can be an attractive secondary option or additional console to own.
My list hasn't really changed although Zelda and Mario look great, just won't be getting a Switch any time soon.
1. ME:A.
Very strange way of promoting this game but I love space sci-fi and mass effect has never let me down. One of the few open world games I get totally lost in and have a desire to explore the entirety of the galaxy created.
2. Horizon
This games looked promising since day one, and has only looked better througho...
No. Even if they crumble as a hardware creator they'd always thrive as a software publisher. If their games become available on PS and Xbox one day they'd see an increase in software sales imo. Zelda on multiple platforms would be insane.
I'm very excited about the prospects of PSVR. I think eventually it can allow ppl to be present at concerts from the comfort of their own home. Sporting events are also a very attractive possibility, placing 360 cams at the 50 yard line at a football game or court side at a basketball game. Hell thinking about watching a UFC fight via VR sounds awesome as well! But what I'm truly excited for is someone like NASA implementing this technology, just think about how cool it'd be to ha...
Lol any game you'd mention as an "exclusive" for XB1 can be played on a PC...
Cause it's Zelda, the game really doesn't look that spectacular lol.
Are you happy Nintendo gets to be included in the console war right now? Lol get it out now, cause that brand will go back to irrelevancy in a year or two.
Sony for sure. One thing ppl gloss over is the fact that Nintendo has been giving us the same games for decades, yet ppl only seem interested in bashing MS for milking franchises. Yes Zelda and Mario are as iconic as they get but imo those two franchises lost some of their magic in terms of attracting ppl to the platform. TLOU 2 and Death Stranding will do as well if not better commercially and critically when they drop, and I haven't even mentioned Horizon, GoW, Spider-Man, or P5.
UC4 killing it with GOTY awards
What are you doing Nintendo?
That's perfect I don't want to spend another 30+ hours on a game
Soooo ready for this! First resi I've been excited for since 4. It's also the last time we've seen such a drastic change in the series. Let's get back to survival horror and leave the action horror behind.
God I hope we see more at E3. That 10 minute slice was so damn good I want to see more of that world.
Can't see it having much success past the summer. We're bound to get some heavy hitters around the holidays and a brand new console in Scorpio which will cater more to the hardcore crowd. I just don't see it having much success past the usual fans purchasing it upon release.
I agree, although my heart breaks a little more every time I think about RDR2 inevitably getting delayed.
Getting tired of 2017 anticipated titles lists including GoW lol. Certainly would be nice to have it release this year but I'm thinking more around March 2018. But who knows, Sony says they've learned their lesson about announcing games too soon, so maybe we'll get a first party exclusive this fall.
Yes! Bring on February 9th
