A remake of legend of dragoon, reboot of syphon filter and Socom, and a sequel to Heavenly Sword would make me happy.
It would be kind of dumb to make a sequel IMO lol, most probably won't remember the storyline and would need their memories refreshed. A remake of the original would be ideal, and then maybe a sequel in the future.
OMG, my eyes got real big as soon as I saw the words Legend of Dragoon and Ps4 in the same sentence lol. It was one of my favorite games and one of the best i've ever played, definitely my fav JRPG ever! Never doubted that the exclusives will come, im just wondering why they have showed so little. Especially considering this is a next gen hype year and your trying to sell your product to as many people as possible. Of coarse the exclusives will come, but im ready to see this greatness that awaits lol. Hopefully they show something between ND, SSM, MM, and Sony Bend.
A 3rd team? Daaaaamn!!! If this is true, man o man Naughty Dog will be putting out GOTY after GOTY. Idk how big a studio they are, but they currently have 2 amazing teams, and with the profit they are receiving from these amazing exclusives, it's possible they have broken up into another team, maybe a smaller group who's just getting things started on TLOU2 while the main 2 teams work on UC4 and a brand new IP!
I would love The Order 1886 gameplay and actually believe they will finally show us something. I'm expecting Epic games to announce PC exclusive Fortnite is getting a PS4 port, but wouldn't be surprised if they announced some other IP and made it exclusive to PS4 or at least gave Sony exclusive DLC content which is the likely scenario. GTAV was a good game but was still your common GTA game. Bigger map and more stuff to do in between missions. While I enjoyed the game a lot, it became a bit repetitive cause I kept running errands for people lol, through out the whole game I felt like I was doing a favor for someone. But still a good game, if TLOU doesn't win GOTY, the only other game i'd be ok with winning it is GTAV.
I would rather we not see Hojima, being as this is a PS4 Launch Event, it should celebrate strictly PS4 things, only Exclusives and maybe new feature announcements in 2014 should be announced. I don't want to see MGS or any other multiplat game at this event. Justify my purchase Sony, i'm sure they will deliver at some point, but I need more then Killzone and Infamous to look forward too, once I see some gameplay of the Order i'll get stoked about that game too.
I love Metal Gear, but if Sony doesn't show some damn AAA exclusives i'll be highly upset. You have multiple big time studios, how about showing what some of them are working on? I was disappointed at E3, Gamescom, & Tokyo Game Show. So please Sony, PLEASE DO NOT DISAPPOINT!
I'm a fan of both consoles and enjoyed both in my time with them. MS has some killer multiplayer FPS games while Sony has more quality single player games. What i'm expecting is for MS to have some killer exclusives like Titanfall, Halo and whatever else but only like 3 or 4 and we will probably see sequels and prequels to these games until they run their course. MS clearly figures out which exclusives are doing the best and dump the others, I don't think they like taking chances ...
There is still a large number of big studios that have yet to reveal their first party exclusives, let's see if people feel this way after a year or so. Halo is getting extremely old, and I wonder how long MS plans on milking that dried up cow, last gen not too many PS exclusives could compare to Halo in sales, but I doubt that will be the case with PS4 looking like the top dog this time around. Eh I respect the writers opinion but I think he's over hyping some of these games a bit. For one, Halo 5 is like what, the 7th installment in the Halo series? This may sound a bit fanboyish lol, but I believe this man when he says we will be in "awe". I'm pretty sure he has to be aware of the standard ND has set with their last 3 games, so already hyping up their next game is either a dumb move or an extremely confident move on his part, and "i'll go with extremely confident for 500 Alex".
I do want to play the hell out of this game, but these PS4/Xbone ports aren't doing next gen any justice, especially when they are comparing them to current gen versions. Games built from the ground up on PS4/XBone hardware are clearly more advanced, and in about 2-3 years, we'll really know how far gaming has improved. So stoked to get my PS4 on the 15th! #GameOn
