Only thing you need to be sorry for is spreading BS with no evidence.
Didn't you know, conspiracy everything is all the rage right now. #5GWeaponisedBats
Bots can actually solve captchas as fast or faster than your average user as they send these to captcha solving services like anti-captcha where someone is paid a tiny amount to solve the captcha. Anti-Captcha states their average solving time is 8.2 seconds.
The UK doesn't even have a written constitution.
It's probably just seen as part of the cost of doing business, they're the most profitable American company per employee, I doubt they will have any issue paying it.
I think most of us have at least a gamepad controller as well as our mouse and keyboards and some of us will have joysticks and steering wheels. I typically use an Xbox controller on PC as it has official drivers and is plug and play. Even works wirelessly which is nice.
In the PC world and with the constraint of ONLY ON THE SAME ARCHITECTURE, say Turing for example, more teraflops does equal more performance with few if any exceptions. The problem arises when people want to compare different architectures or in the consoles case, somewhat customised chips, running different Operating Systems with different APIs and such. You can't compare console GPUs in isolation like you can with a PC.
TSMC do have a 5nm process. It's what Hopper is expected to be on in 2022
They should just release on PC first as it was ready and works very well there and then spent more time optimising before releasing the console versions, like they did with the WItcher 2.
It's still my favourite game of all time
Wait till you hear about the amount of money Rockstar gets from the UK government and the amount of tax they pay or don't pay back
It's mentioned in the proposal, the gist of the matter is that any goods bought and resold by automated bots at prices way above MSRP would be illegal. Computer components are also mentioned alongside consoles in the name of the motion https://edm.parliament.uk/e...
Damn those city pictures look like promo material
I'm using a 2080Ti, which seems to be the bare minimum needed to get 1440p / 60fps with raytracing.
They should have just done what they did with the Witcher 2, released it for high end PCs (although this time they could include next gen consoles too) first and then spent a year or so optimising it before releasing it on old consoles and releasing patches for the PC to make it playable on mid range machines.
DLSS is the one thing making this a 60 fps experience on my PC with RT reflections on. The game looks beautiful, especially with such good looking reflections.
Yer those who scalp medical equipment at the start of a pandemic are extra disgusting, it's just such a horrible thing to do for profit.
@Sitdown I've always thought it meant average or middle of the pack, If it's a cultural thing I am from the UK
According to the oxford dictionary it means "not very good; of only average standard" with these synonyms "ordinary, common, commonplace, indifferent, average".
Valve also offer free storage for game saves with Steam.
It's not one time use on PC, every time you let it expire you can renew for $1
I don't get how single stores exclusively selling certain titles is a good example of competition or capitalism. It certainly isn't a competitive marketplace for the consumer.
Exclusivity in general seems to be the opposite of competition
