Options can only be a good thing and I'll gladly take the 60 fps option over the increased fidelity option every time.
Those didn't appear in the event but they did add them to the individual trailers which is nice.
Yer it is a bit of a pain but I guess they don't want to advertise platforms that aren't their own
This comment is misleading, that's not what the headline says. It's just a list of 16 games shown that are also coming to PC
I liked the critical role reference, I guess that means Travis Willingham is in it alongside Laura Bailey
I don't think the aircraft manufacturers would enjoy detailed crashes in such a high fidelity sim. I'm happy if they don't invest anything in that side of things, it doesn't really add anything to simulating flying.
I mentioned in in the threads about the first wave that my account got compromised. I'm still confused about the differences between Nintendo Network IDs and Nintendo accounts and kind of hope they simplify all of that going forward.
Just fix the fan noise and I'll be happy.
I'm going to wait until the 3080Ti releases and if that is a significant jump (40% performance or so) I will sell my 2080Ti and buy one and maybe finally move from 1440p to 4K
Well it definitely was cheaper before they got the fine, let's not pretend this only happened to the 4 people involved in the lawsuit either. It's a refund policy that is not compatible with Australian law. It's also not compatible with European consumer protection laws either. Big picture wise I would be surprised if their policy was not profitable, if not then why wouldn't they make it inline with the law?
Playstation policy can not take away your statutory rights. The law trumps any other agreement.
I really dislike how big companies tend to only follow the law if it is more profitable than breaking it. Hopefully they will use this opportunity to improve the compliance of their refund policies.
They may be overpriced but the consoles will not take the performance crown of the 2 year old Nvidia GPUs, let alone the ones launching later this year. If you want the best performance you will have to pay for it.
The data is in the petabytes, it's going to require some pretty expensive SSD array to hold. Apparently earth is pretty big.
What combat sim? DCS World is a true flight combat simulator and that's more punishing than any Microsoft flight sim released to date. I'm pretty sure they have said they want the ability for people who aren't simmers to have the options to tune down some of those aspects and have fun flying with a gamepad. The game is about flying so it's going to come down to how much do you like aircraft just like racing sims come down to how much you like cars.
If you're talking population / economy then Germany, France and the UK are the big 3 markets
Turning off motion blur, motion blur is horrible.
A lot of PC gamers have multiple drives, I store the games I am playing a lot, or the ones more sensitive to IO speeds on one of my SSDs and the rest go on a 6TB HDD so I don't have to redownload anything.
@harmny The polls for that got closer and closer as we neared to the date of the vote, the opinion polls for Trump over time in the UK have not changed, I don't see how it's related? You can dislike the polls as much as you want but it doesn't make them wrong.
From the wikipedia page on polling on brexit
"Overall, however, online polls seem to have had a better performance than phone polls. Online surveys, on average, predicted a "leave" ...
