Awkward moment when it actually WILL make the game better.
Gamers are so blind to things that they chose to just hate instead of opening their minds to new ideas.
Riot Games has grown from a tiny indie dev, to one of the biggest in the industry, and how.....
COSMETIC MICROTRANSACTIONS!!!!!!!
That is their sole source of income from LoL.
After reading your comment, I feel like I need to say something. Because honestly, this 'review' done by Metro is absolutly terrible, and they are basically using it as click bait. They are making derogitory comments about a popular gaming franchise to get more views.
1) Story missions are NOT all based in existing locations. Almost all of the story missions are in entirely new locations, and the 2 (of about 13) that are based in existing locations, give story context...
Oh Patcher.
I am not sure what I am more ashamed about. The fact that this clown still has ANY kind of status, or that the media keeps listening to his crap.
Let's point out an interesting detail:
PS4 is selling 2:1 against the Xbox One, and has done so almost consistently every single month since release. This is despite some of the biggest Xbox exclusive franchises releasing games.
So he expects PS4 and Xbox one to sell...
The consumers are the ones who are encouraging it by still paying money for it.
And honestly, I don't really care what business model they use, so long as the price is fair and the content is good.
So far, Destiny has checked both those boxes for me, and I have enjoyed it all so far.
No
When Destiny launched, 95% of people hated Dinklebot.
Now that Dinklebot has been replaced with Northbot, 95% of people hate Northbot but apparently had 'no problem' with Dinklebot in the first place.
You people make me sick.
Just go listen to North's interview about it.
The only thing it confirmed is that the story was changed.
It does NOT in any way confirm the supposed story that was 'leaked' on reddit. The validity of that leak has never, and will never, be proven.
It was obvious since day one that Destiny had been changed before release, so it's not very hard for a random person to start up a reddit thread and make up a story.
Ummm yes, because Destiny was originally scheduled to release in September 2013.
The whole thing was pushed back by a year.
Unfortunately for all of us Rising fans, Platinum Games don't like to do sequels.
I mean, Bayonetta 2 was the exception. They have MANY amazing action franchises that almost NEED sequels, but they just prefer to do new stuff.
Rising, and Vanquished both need sequels, I hope they do it eventually.
Digital prices are in no way related to physical media prices.
No way.
If a retail store can sell a product for $X, then a digital store has absolutely no justification to sell it at $Y when Y is MUCH higher than X.
Making a joke about a joke isn't really funny.
NO he's not wrong, he is talking about actual data gathered from his games.
So he can't be wrong.
But what he is wrong about, are the reasons why people don't play EA single player games.
I disagree.
The Battlefield single player campaigns are always shit.
They feel like tacked on soulless experiences.
Call of Duty has amazing single player campaigns, I honestly only buy CoD for the single player now. I don't even touch the MP anymore.
If EA took the time and effort to make an awesome single player which showcased the tech and gameplay of that game, then people would come.
Just look at Bat...
How can anything be revolutionary in the TES or Fallout series?
They are both franchises based in particular worlds, worlds that have very unique settings. ANY game in those franchises are going to look and feel VERY familiar.
Fallout 4 is doing some VERY revolutionary stuff in terms of gameplay, like the base building, but people think the game isn't worth the purchase because it 'looks' the same. That's so stupid.
Whaaaaaaat?! 65?!
Squeenix, this is a joke.
key words being "may have".
They missed the mark if they wanted to blow Sony away.
So?
Fact: Halo Wars 1 only sold units because it had the name Halo on it. I was working at a games store at the time it released, and in the first day we had about 75% of people who purchased it, complain and ask for a refund because it wasn't an FPS Halo game.
I'm not really impressed by anything Microsoft had to show.
Growing fanbase?
The Xbox One has sold roughly half the amount of it's competition, and far less than the 360 had.
Seems to me the fanbase is lessening.
Codes?
I'll take codes
:D
