Apparently if a game sells less than 1 million "no one" played it. Sure, they weren't a success, but the numbers here a still a heck of a lot higher than even the best selling XBLA/PSN games.
I honestly don't think "too short" is a valid complaint for games. Just saying too short implies you were enjoying the game enough to want more. That's how I want all games to end. If I think a game is too short, I'll go for the optional missions or replay it. Most games these days pad out their games and get boring midway through all to avoid the criticism of "too short."
I watched a movie the other day that was 65 minutes long. You know what,...
@3-4-5 - That's funny because a Black Ops 2 demo build was leaked a month ago.
List is invalid because they included Last Guardian.
If he did have that power, why would he say 'Damn, I wish I cut that gun' days after leaving the place where he could have done just that?
That makes me think that Cliff probably wasn't given the authority to cut the gun, among other things. Hence, the resignation.
It's definitely not going to reach a second shipment.
Gotta love the Ninja Gaiden 3 one: 3 out of 10 in the boldest font you could imagine!
Yeah, that's what I was saying. Name me another good Jaguar game and I will laugh.
The fact that they were shocked AFTER it was released tells me they really had no clue what they are doing with the series. RIP Ninja Gaiden (though at least Yaiba looks good)
Saying Halo Wars was the best console RTS is like saying Alien vs. Predator was the best Atari Jaguar game. It may be true but that's not saying much.
"its stories - while a little too goofy to really take seriously - are nonetheless fascinating"
Great game or not, I'm having trouble not shaking my head at this sentence. Is he saying the story so chessy it's good? Is the story so off the wall I'll be "fascinated?"
14 reasons? They couldn't think of one more thing to nitpick about?
Of course, I didn't read the article because any story that spreads their articles into 14 pages just to get clicks is not worth my time.
Has anyone seen the sales of online-only releases? Good luck selling 10 million copies of Gears of War when over half of the gamers out there don't buy digital.
Yeah, lets at least see a game that can reach early Pixar movies before we jump straight to Avatar.
Well, if Microsoft beats me there I can always have Halo 100.
One could easily argue the Golden Age was actually FFI-XII.
No matter what the article says, the only reason this made it to the top of N4G was because of the cleavage in thumbnail.
Lighting was designed as a female version of Cloud...
Perfect thumbnail.
