Finally! It's the one feature I still use 360 for and kept it plugged in.
BC is awesome. I play Gears 3, Shadow Complex, and my Streets of Rage collection in between Fallout 4 sessions.
Also, I can play online without having more copies of the same game. One digital version works on both consoles at the same time so my son and I can play together on separate TVs. Very convenient.
Shining Force 3 should be number one. Even though many didn't buy a Saturn, it's the best ever. I want a xbla/psn release.
Splatter house 3 was a big reason to own the Genesis. I dumped lots of time trying to get the best ending.
My quote: "Nearly everything available now has been experienced in previous generations."
Now look how many sequels and remasters you listed. That's exactly what is killing gaming.
Yeah okay, we usually get the Nintendo Mario Zelda combo with every Nintendo console and Halo and Gears is going to be there for the Xbox as well as the Sony mainstays. It's all part of building the brand.
But really it's hard for me to be e...
Yeah, I'm guessing it's going to be games like Minecraft and indie titles. I doubt you'll see Call of Duty or Battlefield cross play. It could be a selling feature for some titles trying to gain ground on the Call of Duty monster. I already know my kids can jump in from a Kindle version of minecraft and play on the 360 version so I could easily see this happen with PS4/Xone with lesser titles. Time will tell.
The war will start when games come out that are actually "must own now".
Nes had Zelda and Super Mario. Genesis had Sonic and sports. Snes had Super Mario and Zelda. N64 had Mario 64 and Golden Eye. Playstation had Tekken and FFVII, Saturn had VF2 and Nights, Dreamcast had Soul Calibur and NFL 2k, PS2 had GTA 3 and was a DVD player. Xbox had Halo and Morrowind. Gamecube had Windwaker and Metroid Prime. PS3 had Uncharted. 360 had Gears and Halo 3.

Gamers love BC. Look at all the people hacking their consoles and hand helds to play retro games. My 3ds can play game boy, advance, snes, and genesis games! My Xbox 360 plays everything from Mame to PS1 to n64. Microsoft knew people were going to hack the Xbox one to play 360 games so they did it for us and it's awesome. They just added geometry wars and Carcassonne! Basically I got to keep a lot of my xbla and games on demand that I dumped tons of money into. People that don'...
NES was home for all the best wrestling games. Tecmo World Wrestling was my favorite. Pro Wrestling and Wcw were decent as well. I didn't like the wwf games from Acclaim until Snes and Genesis got Royal Rumble titles.
This dude ruins everything...i hate it when he ruins SNL.
Preorders that had high hopes.
There's a lot of people feeling like $60 is too much for any one on one fighter. Now it's stripped down to the bone. Should have been $30.
Meh, Capcom just took a giant dump on the franchise. Street Fighter is a dead on arrival title.
Sony used shapes for button commands insteadof letters for people that couldn't read too...Sony is awesome
I don't think so.
Wwf No Mercy. Still holds up as the best wrestling game of all time in my opinion.
Streets of Rage 2: Best side scrolling beat'em up ever in my opinion.
Road Rash 2, Contra, Gaiares, Gunstar Heroes, Phantasy Star, River City Ransom, Super Dodge ball, Tecmo Superbowl, Rampage, Golden Axe, Hell Fire, Fzero, ....these are just a few I still play regularly
I'm 38. I just save my game where I leave off. If you want a faster experience try sports. I play franchise modes and maybe play 2 or 3 games before bed after kids are in bed. But you just save progress.
Kojima would've just added a few hundred hours of cut scenes that's all.
The PS3 was a pain in the ass. Long installs primarily killed it for me. Now we're installing games to hard drives no matter if you got Ps4 or X1. I guess it saves wear and tear on the disc drive though. Still waiting for something really good comes out for this generation. We're in a rut of playing 2004 games with nicer graphics. Every time I go to game stores intent to pick something up I end up leaving empty handed. So many games are games I've seen before...been there d...
Maybe not switching consoles but possibly feeling like the grass is greener on the Xbox side. That's why if you care that much it's good to own both.
