They would probably sell better if they sold for 30 instead of 60. They got away with it in the 90s and earlier. @wickedlester...i like customization. I made my own wallpapers for my laptop, psp, old Xbox hacked, and my 360 when it had the blades. I like personality. I have my phone that exudes a streets of rage Sega theme. I'd just like it to be more personal when I hit the power button. Live in your world I play in mine.

When you stand alone like me apparently you lose bubbles.
Xbox one has the games this year. It will be interesting to see how it plays out. I'm betting that Xbox has won back a lot of their brand loyalty and the PS3 die hards will stick to their guns and bet Ps4. It might be another even playing field again which will keep competition strong. I was a little worried about a one sided PS4 win which would lead to 90% shovelware just like PS2 era.
For competitive online gaming ms is doing what they were headed to with 360. Only a few games had dedicated servers while most still had that host advantage garbage. It will be interesting if they can do it for all the games. The only thing I don't like about x1 now is the lack of backward compatibility. They could have at least worked out an Xbox Live carry over with xbla titles. Just sucks for gamers that have well over 100 downloads.
FZero is awesome. It's one of the few games I go back to every year. I just crave it. Super Hang on is ok but Fzero kills it.
Fifa is bigger than Madden. It makes perfect sense. It's the only way they can compete to get some of the UK market.
I'm waiting because I'm patient. I just want some sports and those go cheap quickly. Once vita hits 150 I'll get it. No rush.
It doesn't matter much these days as far as being able to play these 360/PS3 games 15-20 years down the road. What are you going to do with the broken unpatched disc copy of Skyrim when servers for them are gone? That alone is reason enough to stop caring about owning versus renting.
The only remedy for this is to get goty editions but that usually only covers a small percentage of patched titles.
